摘要: An energy conveying structure for invasive electrosurgery that provide for combined delivery of (i) RF or microwave electromagnetic energy for tissue treatment (e.g. ablation, coagulation or cutting), and (ii) optical radiation within a common structure that may form an instrument cable of a surgical scoping device. The structure resembles a hollow coaxial transmission line with an optical channel formed within it. The optical channel can lie within a passage that is formed within the inner conductive layer or within other layers of the coaxial transmission. The structure may be used to form an electrosurgical device capable of delivering RF/microwave EM energy, optical radiation and ultrasonic signals to a treatment site along an instrument cable of a surgical scoping device.

摘要: An Ethernet transmission line (100) includes two RJ45 connectors (1, 2) and a thin connection line (30). Each RJ45 connector (1, 2) has a connection terminal group (10, 20), and the connection terminal group (10, 20) includes a first terminal (11, 21), a second terminal (12, 22), a third terminal (13, 23), a fourth terminal (14, 24), a fifth terminal (15, 25), a sixth terminal (16, 26), a seventh terminal (17, 27), and an eighth terminal (18, 28) that are sequentially arranged. The thin connection line (30) is connected between the two RJ45 connectors (1, 2) and the thin connection line (30) includes a first flexible printed circuit board layer (31), a second flexible printed circuit board layer (32), and a spacing layer (33). The first flexible printed circuit board layer (31) is provided with two first transmission lines (311) respectively electrically connected to the third terminal (13, 23) and the sixth terminal (16, 26). The second flexible printed circuit board layer (32) is provided with two second transmission lines (321) respectively electrically connected to the fourth terminal (14, 24) and the fifth terminal (15, 25).

摘要: The present invention relates to a coaxial cable, and particularly to a small-diameter coaxial cable for use in frequency bands of 100 MHz or more. The present invention addresses the problem of providing a coaxial cable which has excellent flexibility, a small outer diameter, and excellent shielding characteristics. The problem is solved by a coaxial cable having an outer conductor which is formed by mixing and laterally winding strands in the same direction, the strands having an outer diameter difference of not less than 10% between a strand having a maximum outer diameter(large-diameter strand) and a strand having a minimum outer diameter(small-diameter strand).
