摘要: Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Systemgehäuse (12) eines E-Achsen-Moduls (10) mit einer Statorwicklung (50) und einem Rotor (76) einer elektrischen Maschine, der in mindestens einem ersten Lagerschild (54) und einem zweiten Lagerschild (56) gelagert ist. Das Systemgehäuse (12) ist als doppelwandiges extrudiertes Gehäuse (14) ausgeführt und umfasst ein Kühlsystem (16). Dieses erstreckt sich unterhalb einer Kühlfläche eines Montageraums (18) zur Aufnahme einer Leistungselektronik (70). Des Weiteren bezieht sich die Erfindung auf die Verwendung des Systemgehäuses (12) eines E-Achsen-Moduls zum Antrieb eines elektrischen Fahrzeugs.

摘要: A cooling system, comprising: a heat exchange module, wherein the heat exchange module at least comprises a first channel and a second channel that are independent from each other; a first cooling circuit, wherein the first cooling circuit is connected to the first channel of the heat exchange module; and a second cooling circuit, wherein the second cooling circuit is connected to the first channel of the heat exchange module, and a first coolant in the first cooling circuit and/or a second coolant in the second cooling circuit can flow through the first channel of the heat exchange module so as to be used for performing heat exchange with a third coolant that flows through the second channel of the heat exchange module. According to the cooling system, the reliability of the cooling system can be improved by means of the design of dual cooling circuits.

The actuator module includes a motor part including a drive shaft and a drive part configured to rotate the drive shaft, a reducer installed on one side of the drive part and configured to increase an output torque according to driving of the motor part, a brake installed on an opposite side of the drive part and configured to suppress rotation of the motor part, an encoder installed on one side of the brake and configured to sense an operation of the drive shaft, a controller installed on one side of the encoder and electrically connected to the motor part to control the motor part, and a first housing configured to surround the motor part, the reducer, the brake, the encoder and the controller. An airflow path through which an airflow can flow is formed to extend from the motor part.

The stator housing may include a cooling structure that has a plurality of cooling body portions and a plurality of cooling conduits defined by the plurality of cooling body portions. A method of forming a stator housing for an electric machine may include additively manufacturing a stator housing that includes a cooling structure defining a fluid domain, coupling a working fluid source to the stator housing and introducing a working fluid into the fluid domain defined by the cooling structure, and sealing the cooling structure with the working fluid contained within the fluid domain of the cooling structure. A method of cooling an electric machine may include heating the working fluid in the fluid domain and flowing the working fluid through the fluid domain, and transferring heat from the cooling structure to a cooling fluid flowing along one or more cooling surfaces contacting a surface of the electric machine.
