The timing conflict may be with respect to the receiving wireless device receiving at least a portion of a D2D communication transmitted by a transmitting wireless device of the D2D pair while the receiving wireless device is transitioning between a transmitting mode and a receiving mode. The method may also include adjusting the D2D communication to compensate for the timing conflict.

Disclosed is a transmission system, having a transmitting device and a receiving device, which divides a series of data streams into a plurality of unit data and transmitting the unit data. The transmitting device and the receiving device includes synchronization units which outputs mutually synchronized clock signals. The transmitting device further includes a frequency change unit which changes a frequency of a time division multiplexing (TDM) signal on the basis of the clock signal output from the synchronization unit of its own device, and a conversion unit which converts the TDM signal with the changed frequency into the unit data and transmitting the unit data to the receiving device. The receiving device further includes a decoding unit which receives the unit data from the transmitting device and generating the TDM signal with the changed frequency, and a frequency restoration unit which restores the TDM signal by returning a frequency of the TDM signal with the changed frequency to an original on the basis of the clock signal output from the synchronization unit of its own device.

Each of the data fields, which is followed by each of the stuff time symbols, includes multiple logic 0/1 signal symbols, with accumulated numbers of the logic 0/1 signal symbols in each of the data fields being the same. The single wire signal regeneration transmitting apparatus is adapted to process the serial packet to sequentially output the signal segments, and after the single wire signal regeneration transmitting apparatus outputs the data field from a previously received signal segment, the single wire signal regeneration transmitting apparatus continues outputting the stuff time symbol until starting to process a next received signal segment received subsequent to a currently received signal segment in the received serial package.

The present invention is directed for reducing jitters occurring in a recovered clock signal CK since even when multiple items of specific data are inserted in one cycle of generation period for an enable period, a deviation of an output cycle of the enable period can be eliminated. According to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5(a) , when a signal for clock recovery ED is generated, which is formed by alternately generating enable periods EN having a ratio (N/M) of N clocks' client data to M clocks' line data and disable periods D1 to D4, a phase of the disable period D2 is advanced by a phase corresponding to the disable period (such as one clock period) during the enable period with reference to phase information added to the signal for clock recovery ED as shown in FIG. 5(c) when a stuff pulse in the line data is detected as indicated by the symbol m0 in FIG. 5(b) , thereby generating the signal for clock recovery ED.
