摘要: Implementations set forth herein relate to management of casting requests and user inputs at a rechargeable device, which provides access to an automated assistant and is capable of rendering data that is cast from a separate device. Casting requests can be handled by the rechargeable device despite a device SoC of the rechargeable device operating in a sleep mode. Furthermore, spoken utterances provided by a user for invoking the automated assistant can also be adaptively managed by the rechargeable device in order mitigate idle power consumption by the device SoC. Such spoken utterances can be initially processed by a digital signal processor (DSP), and, based on one or more features (e.g., voice characteristic, conformity to a particular invocation phrase, etc.) of the spoken utterance, the device SoC can be initialized for an amount of time that is selected based on the features of the spoken utterance.

摘要: Described are methods for operating a wireless access point, where a sequence of data packets are received with an interarrival time between the data packets greater than a frame aggregation threshold. The frame aggregation threshold is the time interval within which data packets received by the Wi-Fi driver in the access point will be aggregated into a single data packet before transmission over Wi-Fi. Successive received data packets are stored in a buffer, and forwarded to the Wi-Fi driver with a total time interval between each forwarded data packet less than the frame aggregation threshold. As a result, the forwarded data packets are transmitted by the Wi-Fi driver in an aggregated frame. Forwarding of the data packets can occur once the buffer has been filled to a certain limit (of data packets), and where the limit can be adjusted according to a measure of the Wi-Fi air utilisation.

The first set of networking end nodes (30) includes a first subset of networking end nodes (31) configured for a TSN schema and second subset of networking end nodes (35) configured for a legacy Ethernet schema. The network switch core (34) is configured to receive, from the first set of networking end nodes (30), a set of data frames (33), determine the respective schema of the set of data frames (33), forward the set of data frames (33) to a predetermined queue on an egress port (38) based on the determined respective schema, and transmit set of data frames (33) to an end node (32) having a corresponding schema.
