    摘要: A semiconductor structure provided with an insulation structure in a moving unit is manufactured easily. An optical scanning mirror (semiconductor structure) 1 is formed by processing an SOI substrate consists of a first silicon layer 100a, an oxide film 120 and a second silicon layer 100b. A moving unit 50, which is supported on a fixed frame 4 through first hinges 5, is formed on the first silicon layer 100a. The moving unit 50 is divided into a plurality of regions by forming trenches (insulation structure) 101a. A supporting member 9 formed of the oxide film 120 and the second silicon layer 100b is formed just below the trenches 101a. The plurality of regions of the movable frame 3 divided by the trenches 101a are joined to the supporting member 9, so that the moving unit 50 is swingable with the supporting member 9. Thereby, the supporting member 9 is formed by simple etching processes, and thus, mechanical strength of the moving unit 50 is ensured.

    摘要: In a color liquid crystal exposure device having a row of liquid crystal shutters, the number of control IC controlling the liquid crystal pixels of the liquid crystal shutters is reduced so as to reduce the cost. A liquid crystal exposure device for exposing a photosensitive material moving relatively includes: a color light source emitting a plurality of color lights; a liquid crystal shutter having a plurality of liquid crystal pixels arranged in a direction vertical to the relative movement direction; and a drive circuit for switching the color light emitted from the color light source and driving the plurality of liquid crystal pixels. The liquid crystal exposure device divides the plurality of liquid crystal pixels into N to form a plurality of pixel groups and arranges the plurality of liquid crystal pixels constituting the pixel groups by shifting them at a predetermined interval in a direction vertical to the relative movement direction. A drive circuit performs time division drive for each liquid crystal pixel set having a similar shift position in each pixel group.

    摘要: In a color liquid crystal exposure apparatus equipped with a liquid crystal shutter comprising a single array of liquid crystal pixels, a cost reduction is achieved by reducing the number of control ICs required to control the liquid crystal pixels in the liquid crystal shutter. The liquid crystal exposure apparatus for exposing a photosensitive member, during a relative movement thereof, comprises: a color light source for emitting a plurality of colored light beams; a liquid crystal shutter having a plurality of liquid crystal pixels arrayed in a direction orthogonal to the direction of the relative movement; and a driving circuit for switching the color light source from one color to another, and for driving the plurality of liquid crystal pixels, wherein the plurality of liquid crystal pixels are divided into a plurality of pixel groups of N liquid crystal pixels each, the N liquid crystal pixels in each pixel group being arrayed, one displaced from another by a prescribed distance, in the direction orthogonal to the direction of the relative movement, and the driving circuit drives the plurality of liquid crystal pixels in time-division fashion so that the liquid crystal pixels having the same displaced position in the plurality of pixel groups are driven at one time.
