PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system for a server room, in which a server can be appropriately cooled even when there is locally a variation in thermal load, in the server room where server racks for which a cooling air amount is changed corresponding to a heat generation state are arrayed. SOLUTION: The air conditioning system 1 for the server room 3, performs air conditioning of the server room 3 where the server racks 2 for which the cooling air amount is changed corresponding to the heat generation state of the server are arrayed, and includes: an air conditioner 11 for sending cold air to a prescribed space 10 provided at least either under the floor or in the ceiling of the server room 3; and a plurality of blowers 13 which is installed at an opening 12 communicating the prescribed space 10 and the server room 3 and blow air in the prescribed space 10 to the server room 3, and are arranged along the suction side of a rack column 4 where the server racks 2 are arrayed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decrease in cooling ability of an air conditioning system for a data center.SOLUTION: The air conditioning system for a data center employs an upper blowing system of air-conditioning by blowing cold air from the upper part of a rack 13 that stores ICT equipment. In the system, a cold isle 17 for storing cold air to be sucked to the rack 13 and a hot isle 18 for storing hot air discharged from the rack 13, are partitioned, and a communicating port 40 to mix the hot air stored in the hot isle 18 with the cold air supplied to the cold isle 17 is disposed. Since the hot air intruding from the hot isle 18 to the cold isle 17 is mixed with the cold air supplied to the cold isle 17 and sucked into the ICT equipment stored in the rack 13, a short circuit phenomenon can be effectively prevented.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of gas discharged to the outside of a charge and discharge system as much as possible when switching from charge operation to discharge operation, in the charge and discharge system using a cell stack including a solid polymer water electrolysis device, such as a reversible cell, and a fuel cell.SOLUTION: During water analysis operation, raw water is supplied from a cell stack 2 raw water inlet (a), and a gas liquid separation tank 41 is provided separately from a tank 21 to which water from a raw water outlet (b) is returned. During water analysis operation, hydrogen and produced water flowing out from a hydrogen outlet (c) are temporarily subjected to gas liquid separation in a gas liquid separation tank 62. Subsequently, hydrogen is sent to a hydrogen storage section HT, and the water is returned back to a tank 71. When switching from charge operation to discharge operation, solenoid valves V1, V5, V6 are closed, and it is not required to discharge gas in the gas layer part of the tanks 21, 71 to the outside of the charge and discharge system.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and correctly measure an air conditioning capacity of an air conditioning system having an outdoor unit and an indoor unit. SOLUTION: This air conditioning capacity measuring system for measuring the air conditioning capacity in air heating/cooling by the air conditioning system including the outdoor unit having a compressor and a fan, and the indoor unit, further includes an enthalpy change calculating section for calculating the change of enthalpy of intake air and enthalpy of supplied air in the outdoor unit in air conditioning, an air volume detecting section for detecting the air volume of the fan of the outdoor unit in air conditioning, a heat exhausting/absorbing quantity calculating section for calculating the heat exhausting quantity or heat absorbing quantity of the outdoor unit, a power detecting section for detecting driving power of the outdoor unit in air conditioning, and an air conditioning capacity calculating section for calculating the air conditioning capacity in heating/cooling, of the air conditioning system on the basis of the heat exhausting quantity or heat absorbing quantity of the outdoor unit calculated by the heat exhausting/absorbing quantity calculating section, and the driving power of the outdoor unit detected by the power detecting section. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of properly supplying cool air to a rack housing an information processor.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system of an information processor room includes a plurality of rack rows, and a semi-cylindrical contraction flow reduction device. In the rack rows, racks housing an information processor are aligned. The contraction flow reduction device is provided at the edge of an intake surface that is provided on the rack to suction cool air, blown out from an air conditioner for supplying cool air to an information processor room in which the plurality of rack rows are arranged, into the rack; and projects from the edge of the intake surface, provided at the end part of the rack row, so as to swell a peripheral surface. The contraction flow reduction device is provided at the edge of an intake surface that is not opposite to an outlet port of cool air from the air conditioner.
