    摘要: PURPOSE:To separate various compounds under nearly neutral state in high efficiency by liquid chromatography using a mobile phase consisting of a liquid produced by adding various salts to a mixture of water and a water-soluble organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:Liquid chromatography is carried out by using a separation agent containing a polysaccharide derivative (cellulose trisphenyl carbamate is most effective) produced by substituting a part or total (preferably >=85%) of hydrogen atoms on the hydroxyl groups of a polysaccharide with other atomic groups. In the above process, a liquid produced by adding various salts to a mixture of water and a water-soluble organic solvent (e.g. acetonitrile, methanol or ethanol) in a ratio of 100:0 to 0:100 is used as the mobile phase. The salt is preferably the one having strong chaotropic nature, e.g. perchlorate, thiocyanate, nitrate, iodide, perfluoroalkanoate, guanidium salt, quaternary ammonium salt, etc.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To produce the title compound which is useful as an analgesic or anticonvulsant such as scopolamine in high productivity, by culturing a line which can produce tropane alkaloid in high yield, selected from adventitious roots originating from haploid tissues in Solanaceae plants. CONSTITUTION:A haploid tissue (stamen or pistil) of Solanaceae plant such as a plant in Hyoscyamus is redifferentiated to form adventitious roots. Then, a line of high tropane alkaloid productivity is selected from the adventitious roots, cultured in a medium to produce the subject compound.

    PREPARATION: An isocyanate shown by the formula II is reacted with a hydroxyl compound (e.g., dimethylaminoethyl ethanol) shown by the formula A-OH in an inert solvent such as chloroform, hexane, toluene, at ≤100°C, preferably at room temperature under cooling with ice to give a compound shown by the formula I.
