Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily attachable and detachable control cable connection mechanism. SOLUTION: This control cable connection mechanism 1 is provided with an input side control cable 2 having an input side inner cable 20 and an input side outer cable 21, an output side control cable 3 having an output side inner cable 30 and an output side outer cable 81, and a cap member 4 fixed to the output side end part 210 of the input side outer cable 21 and to which the output side end part 200 of the input side inner cable 20 is axially movably inserted. A connection projecting part 201 and a connection recessed part 301 on which the connection projecting part 201 abut are respectively arranged on the input side inner cable 20 and the output side inner cable 30. Engagement parts 421L, 421R and engaged parts 812L, 812R with which the engagement parts 421L, 421R are engaged are respectively arranged on the cap member 4 and the output side outer cable 81. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring having a high durability in actual use and sagging resistance of the same level as or higher than conventional ones through improvement of the corrosion fatigue resistance. SOLUTION: The spring uses as a material a steel including, by weight, C: 0.35 to 0.55%, Si: 1.60 to 3.00%, Mn: 0.20 to 1.50%, S: 0.010% or less, Ni: 0.40 to 3.00%, Cr: 0.10 to 1.50%, V: 0.05 to 0.50% and Fe balance. The steel is heat treated to have a hardness of 50.5 to 55.0 HRC and shot-peened at a moderate temperature to render a residual stress of -600 MPa or more at a depth of 0.2 mm below the surface. The temperature at which the spring is shot-peened is preferably 100 to 300°C, and the hardness of shot particles for the shot-peening is preferably 450 to 600 Hv. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide member which facilitates positioning of coil springs in assembling a fuel cell pressing assembly, and to provide the fuel cell pressing assembly which ensures easy assembling and reduced positional shift of coil springs, as well as to provide an assembling method for the fuel cell pressing assembly which facilitates positioning of coil springs. SOLUTION: A fuel cell pressing assembly 1 comprises an end-side member 2 to which external loading is applied, a cell-side member 4 which is arranged in opposition to the end-side member 2 and in closer proximity to a cell layered product 8 than the end-side member 2, and a spring group 3 which is placed between the end-side member 2 and cell-side member 4 and consists of many coil springs 30. Between the end-side member 2 and cell-side member 4, a guide member 5 is placed which has coil spring holding holes 50 for holding the coil springs 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
