PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing and stirring mechanism, in an automatic dispensation device, of which the structure is simple and the space can be saved.SOLUTION: A dispensing and stirring mechanism in an automatic dispensation device according to the present invention is configured such that, in the automatic dispensation device which is configured such that urine in a paper cup is stirred by a stirring stick, urine in the paper cup is sucked by a dispensation nozzle and dispensed into a slave specimen container, the stirring stick is provided in the same support means as the dispensation nozzle, hold means which holds the stirring stick in the dispensation nozzle so as to release the stirring stick is provided in the dispensation nozzle and/or the stirring stick, and the stirring stick is operated by the dispensation nozzle.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer with a test plate temporary storage device capable of temporarily storing a test plate in which unused specimen objects still remain.SOLUTION: An analyzer employs test plates A in which a plurality of specimen objects are disposed, each specimen object retaining an inspection reagent part that is colored by reacting with a substance to be inspected in a specimen. The analyzer includes: a spot dispensing mechanism 40 that dispenses a spot of specimen on the reagent part of each specimen object on the test plate; optical measurement means 87 that optically measures color reaction of the reagent part to which the spot of the specimen has been dispensed; and conveying means that conveys the test plate to the spot dispensing position T6 to be dispensed by the spot dispensing mechanism and a measuring position T7 to be measured by the optical measurement means. The analyzer further includes a test plate temporary storage device 82 that dehumidifies and temporarily stores the test plates A all the specimen objects of which are not used up.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood collection tube management method and system capable of accurately managing a blood collection tube housed in a tray on a blood collection work site.SOLUTION: In the blood collection tube management method according to this invention, on a blood collection work site for collecting blood of a patient by using a housing container housing, by a patient unit, a blood collection tube including an RFID tag to which identification information of the blood collection tube related to an inspection of a patient is written, by repeatedly reading the identification information altogether from the RFID tags of all the blood collection tubes housed in the housing container by using a reader during blood collection work, sending read results by the reader to a controller and comparing successive read results in the controller, the blood collection tube taken out from the housing container is detected.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labeling device for an automatic test tube preparation device capable of double-labeling with an identification label on a label already affixed to a blood collection tube with a simple structure.SOLUTION: The labeling device for the automatic test tube preparation device is for controlling operation of a blood collecting tube driving means and a barcode reader 16 to detect an end edge position of a barcode in an existing affixed label L2, calculating the end edge position of the existing affixed label on the blood collecting tube (a) based on information regarding the end edge position of the detected barcode of the existing affixed label and margin distance information of the existing affixed label, and double-labeling with the identification label on the existing affixed label on the outer face of the blood collecting tube while leaving a gap continued in the axial direction of the blood collecting tube based on the calculated end edge position of the existing affixed label and diameter information of the blood collecting tube corresponding to the blood collecting tube at a label affixing position.
