The above copolymer has (a) the glass-transition temperature of -30 to +70C deg. and (b) the insoluble fraction in diethylene glycol monoethyl ether is in the range of from 0-90 wt.% and (c) the average particle size in the dispersion is in the range of from 10 to 500 nm.
