Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane module which makes the flow of a fluid in a hollow fiber membrane bundle uniform and improves humidification efficiency or dehumification efficiency. SOLUTION: A partition plate 50 having communication holes 51 is installed in the hollow fiber membrane module 10. The partition plate 50 is arranged in an approximately cylindrical case 20 to pass through the center of a cylinder shaft, and its both ends in the lateral direction are made to adhere to the inner wall surface of the case 20. An inlet 21 formed in the case 20 is formed on one side of case sides through the partition plate 50. An outlet 22 is formed on the other side of the case sides through the partition plate 50. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane module capable of enhancing a membrane separation action, and the humidifier of a fuel cell. SOLUTION: Since a baffle plate 8 is arranged in this hollow fiber membrane module and the filling density of hollow fiber membrane bundles 2 is enhanced at the arranging part of the baffle plate 8, the flow of drying air to the spaces between the hollow fiber membranes intensively going toward the gaps in the inner peripheral ring 10 within the hollow fiber membrane bundles 2 can be formed as shown by the black line arrows in the Fig. The drying air is certainly passed through the spaces between the hollow fiber membranes and the hollow fiber membranes are effectively utilized as a whole to apply the membrane separation action. SOLUTION: The cylindrical part of an outer case 31 is provided with a plurality of inlets 32 through which water at the outside of the outer case 31 is charged into the inside of the outer case 31 almost over the whole region from one end side to the other end side in the outer case 31. The cylindrical part of an inner case 34 is provided with a plurality of opening parts 35 through which water passed through the filling part of active carbon 60 is charged into the inside of the inner case 34. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane module in which breakage of a hollow fiber membrane and a bundling tube due to expansion and contraction of the hollow fiber membrane caused by change of external environment such as temperature change can be effectively prevented.SOLUTION: In a hollow fiber membrane module in which a bundling tube is formed of a body section and head sections, that are located at both ends thereof, and O-rings for installing the bundling tube inside a housing are fitted on outer circumferential surfaces of the head sections, at least one of the head sections has a structure where the head section is divided into two while preserving a cylinder at a bundling tube end side and divided portions are able to slide while maintaining a connected state of the cylinder.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure fuel pump equipped with a seal system capable of using under high speed, high pressure and fuel oil-resistant conditions. SOLUTION: This high pressure fuel pump is provided with the sealing system 21 for separating and sealing fuel and lubricating oil which are sealing targets in an annular space between a shaft reciprocating in the pump and a housing into which the shaft is inserted; the sealing system 21 comprises the combination of a fuel side seal 31 for sealing the fuel and a lubricating oil side seal 41 for sealing the lubricating oil; the fuel side seal 31 comprises a resin seal ring 32, and a rubber-like elastic body O ring 33 for backing up the seal ring 32; and the lubricating oil side seal 41 comprises an oil seal 42 single body of a single lip type for arranging a rubber-like elastic body seal lip 44 fitted to a metal ring 43 to the lubricating oil side. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the humidifying performance, make constant the stress loaded on a housing between end faces of an off gas introducing hole and a humidified gas exhaust hole with respect to the compression force and tensile force loaded in a housing long axis direction, inhibit buckling and deformation, prevent the gas leak and alleviation of gas distribution, and prevent the damage of the housing. SOLUTION: The hollow yarn membrane module is characterized by comprising a cylindrical housing 11, a hollow yarn membrane stored in the housing 11, a plurality of offgas introducing holes 12 formed in the circumferential direction of the housing 11, having the same width in the circumferential direction of the housing 11, varying in the width in the long axis direction of the housing 11 to change the opening areas, and a plurality of humidified gas exhaust holes 13 formed in the circumferential direction of the housing 11, having the same width in the circumferential direction of the housing and the varying width in the long axis direction of the housing 11 to change the opening areas. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane module made to have a simple structure, assembled with a lessened number of part items, and provided with heightened heat resistance. SOLUTION: This hollow fiber membrane module 1 mainly comprises a bundle of hollow fiber membranes 2 and a potting member 3 for sealing the voids between neighboring side faces of the hollow fiber membranes 2. At the time of installing the hollow fiber membrane module 1 in a prescribed counterpart member, in order to attach the part of the potting member 3 directly to the installation part of the counterpart member, a male screw 41 is formed while an axial seal part 42 being left in the outer circumference of the potting member 3.

PURPOSE: To improve the attachability and detachability of a hollow-fiber membrane module main body to and from a housing and to seal the leakage of a liq. flowing outside an outer cylinder into a collecting chamber by pressing the main body toward the holding part of a housing cap with a pressing means. CONSTITUTION: A coil spring 22 is fixed to the periphery of the protrusion 31A of a housing outer cylinder 31 and to the periphery of the column 21B of an adaptor 21, and the adaptor 21 is pressed toward a housing cap 32. Meanwhile, a module main body 2 with a flat packing 15 as a seal member set in the packing grooves 11C and 12D of the caps 11 and 12 of the main body 2 is inserted into the outer cylinder 31. The leakage of a fluid flowing outside an outer cylinder 5 into an inner cylinder 6 is sealed by the packing 15 on the housing cap 32 side.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane module having the improved efficiency such as humidification efficiency, dehumidification efficiency, and moisture permeation efficiency, a humidification apparatus and a dehumidification apparatus. SOLUTION: A group 11 of the first openings and a group 12 of the second openings are composed of several kinds of several openings having different opened areas, respectively. The humidification efficiency is improved by arranging the first opening 11a having the largest opened area in the group 11 and the second opening 12a having the largest opened area in the group 12 at the positions shifted by 180° to control a current of a fluid, so that at least the main current of the fluid can be made to pass through the inside of a bundle of hollow fiber membranes, the occurrence of a short pass is reduced, and the hollow fiber membranes in the vicinity of the center of the bundle of hollow fiber membranes can be effectively used. SOLUTION: A case member 2 is constituted of an integrally formed inner case part 21 and an outer case part 22, and the inner case part 21 has a cylindrical shape having a bottom, i.e., a cylindrical part 21a and a bottom part 21b, and an introduction inlet 21c for introducing fluid into the inside of the inner case part 21 is formed on the bottom part 21b. The outer case part 22 is provided with an outer cylinder part 22a provided outside the cylindrical part 21a and a connection part 22c connecting the outer cylinder part 22a integrally with the cylinderical part 21a, and an inflow port 22d for introducing filtering object fluid into the inside is formed on the connection part 22c.
