Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which is excellent in flame resistance and can prevent hazardous substance from developing as much as possible, and to provide an image forming device using it. SOLUTION: This toner contains coloring agents, a binder resin, and a flame retarder. The flame retarder is contained by 1 wt.% or more but 15 wt.% or less of the total toner weight. The binder resin contains at least one of a polyester resin or an acrylic styrene resin. The flame retarder contains a bromine based flame retarder or a phosphorus system flame retarder. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for dispersing powder, in which agglomerate powder contained in powder can be dispersed satisfactorily. SOLUTION: A reticulate member 7 formed into a reticulate shape is arranged in a powder dispersion vessel 2, which has a supply port part 4 for supplying powder 3, a discharge port part 5 for discharging powder 3 and a flow passage 6 through which powder falls down from the supply port part 4 to the discharge port part 5, in at least a partial zone of the cross section 6a of the flow passage 6. As a result, agglomerate powder 3b contained in powder 3 can be dispersed satisfactorily by the impact force of powder 3 against the reticulate member 7 which is generated when the powder 3, which is supplied through the supply port part 4 and falls down to the discharge port part 5, collides against the reticulate member 7. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device that prevents agglomeration of developer and moves the developer stably to a developing section by efficiently and sure stirring of the developer in a developing tank. SOLUTION: The developing device includes a developing tank that stores developer, a developing roller formed from a rubber roller, a supply sponge roller, and a stirring cooperation member located above it. The developing device supplies developer from the developing tank to the developing section, while stirring developer by rotating the stir cooperation member within the developing tank. The developing tank has a coil spring having a spiral structure that is fixed on the stir cooperating member, at lengthwise both ends, below a developer supply port and that differs in coil structure between the end sides and the center side. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device which does not require a moving mechanism when developing an electrostatic latent image formed on a belt type photoreceptor with color toner, and to provide a compact and inexpensive image forming apparatus that uses the device forming color images.SOLUTION: The developing device 1A includes, at least a developing roller 3A and a doctor roller 2A for forming toner layer thickness and controls so that a rotating direction of the doctor roller 2A may be the same as a rotating direction of the developing roller 3A, when the image is not developed, and controls so that the rotating direction of the doctor roller 2A becomes reverse to the rotating direction of the developing roller 3A, when the image is developed.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device or the like that prevents undeveloped developer collected in the developing device from continuously stagnating near a developer carrier, a developer supply member, developer amount regulation member, and prevents poor density, a poor image such as graininess and roughness resulting from the stagnation of the developer. SOLUTION: The developing device includes: a developing roller 20 which conveys the developer provided at least on the peripheral surface thereof, a toner layer regulation blade 40 which is brought into contact with or closely arranged to the developing roller 20 to regulate a developer amount on the developing roller 20, a toner supply roller 30 which is brought into contact with or closely arranged to the developing roller 20 to supply the developer to the developing roller 20, and a developer storage part which stores the developer, which are integrally constituted. The developing device is provided with a partition plate 60 which inclines so that the developer storage part is located lower than the toner supply roller 30 and partitions the inside of the developer storage part.
