PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective case capable of covering a part or the whole of a mobile electronic communication device to appropriately protect a housing of the device and a sensitive electronic component.SOLUTION: A protective case for a mobile electronic communication device 10 having a user input interface, includes: a front cover with an aperture that generates a space for housing the mobile electronic communication device through coupling with a rear cover; a transparent membrane 140 provided between the front cover and the rear cover; and a compressible member 150 arranged between the front cover and the transparent membrane and separated from the front cover. When the device 10 is housed in the generated space, the aperture of the front cover is aligned with the user input interface. When the front cover is coupled with the rear cover, the user input interface of the device is covered with the transparent membrane 140, and the transparent membrane 140 provides a seal between the transparent membrane 140 and the front cover.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent panel mounting structure capable of minimizing an invalid area through which a translucent panel is inoperable and invisible and narrowing a frame portion, and a portable electronic apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: The translucent panel mounting structure according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a translucent panel 30, and an opening 21 in which the translucent panel is fitted. The opening includes: a casing 20 that has an inner wall surface 23 facing a peripheral face 31 of the translucent panel 30, and an inner bottom face 24 inward extending from the inner wall face and facing a back-face peripheral edge of the translucent panel; and a silicone resin layer 40 formed by filling a space between the peripheral face of the translucent panel and the inner wall face of the casing, and a space between the back-face peripheral edge of the translucent panel and the inner bottom face of the casing, with the silicone resin.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic device allowing simplified operation of attaching a fixing cover for a memory chip.SOLUTION: The housing forms a main body of a portable electronic device, and comprises a fixing cover to fix a received memory chip of the portable electronic device. The fixing cover is formed integrally with the housing. One end of the fixing cover is attached to the housing in a flexibly state, and the other end of the fixing cover is detachably engaged with the housing.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable radio equipment that can achieve both a wider band and higher gain when held by a hand in the portable radio equipment comprising an antenna element and a ground wire element.SOLUTION: An antenna is comprised of two elements: an antenna element 8 resonating at a frequency f1 and a ground wire element 9 resonating at a frequency f2 higher than the frequency f1. The antenna element 8 is oriented such that an antenna radiation part 8a is generally in parallel to a surface of the side where an operational part 4 of a housing 2 is provided. The ground wire element 9 is oriented such that a ground wire radiation part 9a is generally vertical to the surface of the side where the operational part 4 of the housing 2 is provided, and the space between a feeding terminal connection part 8b of the antenna element 8 and a grounding terminal connection part 9b of the ground wire element 9 is made to be the same as the space between a feeding terminal 10 and a grounding terminal 11 (at or less than 0.1λ of the second frequency f2), and the feeding terminal connection part 8b and the grounding terminal connection part 9b are arranged in parallel. This makes it possible to achieve a wider band as well as a higher gain when held by a hand.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress adverse influences due to static electricity without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: A touch panel-attached display device includes: a display panel; a case which houses the display panel inside, has electrical conductivity, and has an opening exposing the screen area of the display panel; and a touch panel fixed on the case in an opposite side to the side where the display panel is disposed with respect to the top face of the case, in a state that the touch panel is opposed to the opening. The case has a projection part formed in such a manner that at least a part of the case projects from the top face of the case to the side where the touch panel is disposed.
