    摘要: PURPOSE:To inexpensively and economically form a strong corrosion protective film, by cooling a cast-iron pipe after annealing to control the temp. to the prescribed value, thermally spraying a corrosion-resisting metal on the above pipe, and then coating the thermally sprayed film with a protective material while the above pipe is maintained at the prescribed temp. CONSTITUTION:A cast-iron pipe 1 prepared in a casting stage is annealed in a high-temp. furnace 2. The cast-iron pipe 1 of about 700 deg.C after annealing is subjected to surface preparation by means of air blowing, water cooling, etc., and the temp. of this pipe 1 is finally controlled to about 150-300 deg.C, a temp. at which a thermally sprayed film with high adhesive strength can be formed in the following stage. While rotating this cast-iron pipe 1 on rotating rolls 3, a metal having corrosion resistance, such as Al and Zn, is thermally sprayed by means of a thermal spraying gun 4 to form a thermally sprayed film 5. Subsequently, while this cast-iron pipe 1 is held at the prescribed temp., a protective material, such as paint and coating material, is sprayed on the pipe 1 by using a spray nozzle 6, and then, melting and baking are applied by means of the retained heat of the cast-iron pipe 1, by which a protective film 7 can be applied to the above thermally sprayed film 5.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To perform lining having water resistance by suppressing foaming, by applying a polyurethan resin composition containing a molecular sieve in a definite wt. or less and having a specific gel time under definite humidity or less. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface lining of a metal pipe is performed under an atmosphere with humidity of 85% or less by using a polyurethane resin composition containing 10wt% or less of a molecular sieve and having a gel time of 1- 10min. By this method, the foaming property of the polyurethane resin layer is suppressed and the water resistance thereof can be enhanced.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To thoroughly fill the microrecesses of the inside surface of a revolving metallic pipe with inorg. type particles by rotating centrifugal forces and obtain a smooth film by forming the 1st layer on the inside surface of said pipe with resin paint added with a large amount of inorg. particles, and forming the 2nd layer thereon with resin paint added with a small amount of inorg. type particles. CONSTITUTION:A cast iron pipe heated to about 180-200 deg.C is rotated on turning rollers, and paint compounded with a large amount of inorg. type particles (b) is coated on the inside surface of the pipe as the 1st layer a1 by, for example, a spray method. Further, the resin paint compounded with a small amount of inorg. type particles (b) or the paint not added with the same is coated on the 1st layer a1 by, for example, a spray method, thereby forming the 2nd layer a2. The inorg. type prticles (b) in the respective coated layers a1, a2 receive rotating centrigugal forces, and the inorg. type particles (b) of the 1st layer a1 separate and thoroughly fill pinholes (c). For example, silica powder is used for the particles (b), and the resin paint: the particles (b) are kept at about 1:1-5 with the 1st layer and about 1:0- 1 with the 2nd layer.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To provide a powdered paint which does not cause a foaming phenomenon of a coating film and in which separation between a principal ingredient and a hardener does not occur, by a method wherein the pellets of a principal ingredient are dry-blended with the pellets of a hardener, said pellets of both the principal ingredient and the hardener being prepd. by a melt blend method, and having approximately the same specific gravity. CONSTITUTION:A resin principal ingredient (e.g. an epoxy resin) is melt-blended with an additive (e.g. silica powder, titanium oxide or carbon black). A hardener (e.g. an amine adduct hardener) is melt-blended with an additive. In the above melt-blending, the blending ratio of the raw materials is adjusted so as to produce the pellets of the principal ingredient and the pellets of the hardener, said pellets of both the principal ingredient and the hardener having approximately the same specific gravity. It is preferred that the pellet is in the form of flake. Then the pellets of the principal ingredient and the hardener are mixed together. The mixt. is sheared and ground by using a grinder such as a high-speed rotating pin disc to dry-blend the pellets with each other. Particles having a predetermined particle size (passing through 100 mesh) are recovered to obtain the desired powdered paint.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To provide the titled paint which has a long pot life and makes it possible to carry out wet-on-wet coating independent of the length of coating intervals, obtd. by blending solid coal tar and a scaly inorg. filler with a paint consisting of an epoxy resin, a hardener and a solvent. CONSTITUTION:An epoxy resin (A) having an epoxy equivalent of 400 or above, a hardener (B) (e.g. a polyamide resin having an amine value of 200 or below), solid coal tar (C) having a softening point of 50 deg.C or higher, a scaly inorg. filler (D) (e.g. iron oxide in the form of mica) and a solvent (E), are mixed together to obtain a coal tar epoxy resin paint whose pot life is 30hr or over. Since the pot life of this paint is 30hr or over, it is possible to carry out curing and bonding between wet-on-wet coating films even at coating intervals of several weeks. Thus, it becomes possible to carry out wet-on-wet coating well even at long coating intervals with an improvement in adhesiveness due to the scaly filler.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To prevent generation of pinholes, by performing internal coating while rotating the heated metallic tube in a prescribed peripheral speed and by forming the resin coating film of a prescribed thickness. CONSTITUTION:The metallic tube is heated at 270-300 deg.C, and a spray nozzle of a resin powder is caused to run one way in the tube to form a resin coating film of 400-1,000mu thickness on the tube inside face while rotating the tube in a high speed of >=2.0m/sec peripheral speed. For example, epoxy resin coating powder is used as resin powder, and the fineness and the bulk specific gravity are approximately 100 meshes or less and 0.5-0.55 respectively. The arm which has such length that the arm may be passed through the tube is supported by the truck, and the nozzle is fitted to the tip of the arm, and the coating speed is set to 3,000- 4,500g/min approximately. It is necessary that coating is completed while the tube is at a temperature of 240 deg.C or more. Thus, a coating film without pinholes can be obtained by making the tube peripheral speed high and by coating resin powder once.
