    摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in some instances, it is difficult that a nano-emulsion or a micro-emulsion has a high viscosity or a high consistency, and even when the high viscosity or the high consistency is achieved by using a viscosity improver and so forth, the emulsion hardly has a shape recovery property, and the emulsion with high viscosity has, typically, stickiness.SOLUTION: A cosmetic composition in a state of a nano-emulsion or a micro-emulsion comprises: (a) at least one oil; (b) at least one polyglyceryl fatty acid ester of which HLB value is 8.0-13.0, preferably 9.0-13.0, more preferably 10.0-13.0; (c) at least one associative polyurethane; and (e) water. An amount of the oil included in the cosmetic composition is 0.1-15 mass%, preferably approximately 1-12 mass%, more preferably 2-10 mass% with respect to the total mass of the composition. The cosmetic composition can include a high viscosity or a high consistency, and a shape recovery characteristic. The cosmetic composition can have less stickiness. The cosmetic composition may have a dispersed phase of which diameter is smaller. Therefore, the cosmetic composition can be in a state of the nano-emulsion or the micro-emulsion which is transparent or slightly translucent.
