PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that does not cause partial discharge and deterioration due to the partial discharge between windings even in driving an inverter, is equal to a conventional commercial frequency driven motor in the period of a voltage-applied service life, and does not cause short-circuiting between welded spots and between different phases of the motor windings. SOLUTION: This surge resistant motor is constituted such that: the windings of a plurality of turns are constituted of compound coated strands having insulating coatings formed on conductor strands and conductive coatings formed on surfaces of the insulating coatings; and a difference in potential between insulating coatings of the adjacent windings is alleviated by the contact of the compound strands that are adjacent via the conductive coatings. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation wire using a polyamideimide resin insulation coating material giving an insulating film having preferable flexibility and excellent in press molding resistance.SOLUTION: This polyamideimide resin insulation coating material for forming a polyamideimide film on a conductor is obtained by synthesis reaction of an isocyanate component and an acid component in a solvent, where the isocyanate component comprises 2,4'-diphenylmethanediisocyanate as the isocyanate having flexing structure in a molecule, the content of the 2,4'-diphenylmethanediisocyanate is in the range of 5-50 mol%, and the elongation of the polyamideimide film is 71% or more.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation electric wire (enamel wire) which is excellent in partial discharge resistant performance even after production of a coil.SOLUTION: The insulation electric wire 1 includes: a conductor 2; a partial discharge resistant layer 4 which is formed on the conductor 2 and formed by an insulation coating material in which inorganic particulates are dispersed in a base resin coating material; and an adhesive layer 3 which is formed between the conductor 2 and the partial discharge resistant layer 4 and formed by an insulation coating material in which an adhesion improver is added to the base resin coating material. The decrease rate of the adhesion strength between the adhesive layer 3 and the conductor 2 when not extended, to the adhesion strength between the adhesive layer 3 and the conductor 2 when extended by 20%, is less than 25%.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating coating material capable of providing an insulating film which is suppressed in unevenness of the coating material when the insulating film is formed on a flat rectangular conductor without decreasing the coating workability, and has a high quality having no unevenness of the film thickness.SOLUTION: This invention relates to the insulating coating material in which a surface-treated inorganic microparticle is dispersed in a polyamideimide resin insulating coating material, wherein the viscosity is 1,000 to 4,000 mPa s at 30°C at a shear rate of 200 sin measurement by an E-type viscometer, and the viscosity is 4,000 to 12,000 mPa s at 30°C at a shear rate of 1 s.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated wire exhibiting a high partial discharge initiation voltage even if an insulating coating layer provided on a conductor is formed of an insulating film alone. SOLUTION: As the insulating coating layer formed on the circumference of the conductor, the insulating film is formed which is prepared by coating and baking a polyamideimide resin insulating coating which is produced from divalent aromatic diamines having three or more aromatic rings and has a low dielectric constant. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet wire in which defects such as blisters on a resin covering layer are reduced by optimizing the reduction ratio of wire drawing before scalping. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing a copper wire for magnet wires by which a cast wire 18 is formed by pulling up copper molten metal 12 continuously and the copper wire 25 for the magnet wires is obtained by scalping the cast wire 18 by using a die 21, the scalping is performed after drawing the cast wire 18 at the reduction ratio of 30-40%.
