    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peroral composition for skin effectively preventing and improving specks and flabbiness of the skin by bringing the composition to be absorbed from the oral cavity and the gastrointestinal tract. SOLUTION: The peroral composition is provided, e.g., as a formulation applicable to the oral cavity such as a tooth paste, a tooth liquid, a mouth wash and the like or an ingestible formulation such as tablets, capsules and the like, by blending a zinc compound such as zinc gluconate or the like or an iron compound such as iron citrate or the like in an amount sufficient to improve the specks or firm skin, concretely in 0.0001-5.0 wt.% in the composition, by solely single use or combined use of the both compounds, respectively.
