Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically transport a tray in which a blood collecting tube is housed to a blood collecting operator in accordance with the skill degree of the blood collecting operator and a blood collecting operation quantity by taking out the tray to a tray receiving table from a transporting route by the tray taking-out means of a corresponding tray receiving table by the operation of an operation switch. SOLUTION: Automatic label sticking devices 2a to 2d and an instructing document issuing device 3 stick a label printed with examination information and personal information to be blood collecting tube necessary for an examination to eject to an empty tray and issue a blood collecting instructing document printed with a blood gathering order with a bar code and numerical in addition of examination information and personal information to the same empty tray 6 as the blood collecting tube. The blood collecting tray preparing device 10 of a blood collecting tube transporting system B transports the blood collecting tray 7 to the waiting position P2 of a blood collecting tray ejecting conveyer 12. When the blood collecting operator operates operation switches 40a and 40b at his own blood collecting tables 20a and 20b, the blood collecting tray 7 at the waiting position P2 is transported to the tray receiving tables 27a and 27b of the tables 20a and b.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood-collecting vessel automatic preparing system for an emergency visit which prepares a blood-collecting vessel accurately and quickly by solving the problems of the conventional methods for preparing the blood-collecting vessel in the emergency visit. SOLUTION: This system is provided with: a patient ID (identification) storage medium issuing means 1 which automatically assigns a temporary patient ID characteristic to an emergent outpatient and prints the temporary patient ID to a storage medium 4 which can be mounted on the body of the patient in the form of characters and a bar code; bar code readers 2a, 11 and 21 for reading the temporary patient ID printed by the patient ID storage medium issuing means 1; examination information input means 2b, 12 and 22 concerning the kind and number of blood-collecting vessels required for an examination; and a blood-collecting vessel automatically preparing apparatus 3 which receives the temporary patient ID read by the bar code readers and the examination information, takes out the required blood-collecting vessels from a plurality of kinds of blood-collecting vessels housed in advance on the basis of the examination information, prints and pastes the temporary patient ID to the taken out blood-collecting vessels in the form of the characters and the bar codes, and houses the labeled blood-collecting vessels by each patient. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic preparation system of blood collecting tube equipped with error management function capable of precisely transmitting data necessary for analysis of an error cause to a support center side in the occurrence of the error, and performing a quick and precise response in the occurrence of the error or a periodic maintenance by performing the management of the error state of a device on the support center side. SOLUTION: In this automatic preparation system of blood collecting tube equipped with error management function for selectively taking out a test tube necessary for a patient on the basis of the patient information and sticking a label printed with the information related to the patient thereto, a control device for controlling the operation of each mechanism part has the function of accumulating the information related to error in the occurrence of the error with a control log. The control device is further connected to a communication network, and has the function of cutting a prescribed quantity of the log before the occurrence of the error, storing it as an error file, and transmitting it to a predetermined support center-side terminal through the communication network.
