Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger structure of an artificial hand capable of stably clipping articles of various shapes, especially a thin article such as paper adhered to a floor surface and the like and a small article with a curved end surface such as a clip, and having simple components, and to provide an artificial hand clipping method. SOLUTION: The finger structure of the artificial structure clips an article placed on a plane surface by moving at least one finger of two fingers. The one finger 1 has a recessed curved surface portion 12 for scooping up the article at a tip end portion on which the article abuts, and the other finger 2 has a projecting curved surface portion 22 pressing the article against the tip end portion on which the article abuts. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial leg cover which can be externally mounted in a short period of time and neither adversely affects knee flexion, nor causes a problem such as a break in a knee part. SOLUTION: This artificial leg cover is modularized into a thigh module 10 which is attached to a thigh socket, a lower-thigh module 30 which is attached to a lower-thigh pipe 6, and a kneecap module 20 which is swingably supported by the module 30. Surfaces of them are covered with a skin module made of an elastic fiber material. Additionally, ready-made articles are used as components for the respective modules to the utmost. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable walking on stairs, a slope and the level ground without bending knees by utilizing the vertical turning displacement of a buffer device provided between the lower thigh part below a knee joint part and a foot part, locking and preventing the knee bend of a prosthetic leg by the toe grounding of the prosthetic leg, increasing the knee bend resistance of the prosthetic leg by the heel grounding of the prosthetic leg, and slowly bending the knee. SOLUTION: In the prosthetic leg 1 mounted on a leg amputated at a part above the knee as a substitution for the leg and equipped with a hydraulic cylinder 7 for adjusting the resistance of the bending and stretching of the knee joint part 8, the buffer device 6 for performing the vertical turning displacement respectively in opposite directions for the toe grounding and heel grounding of the foot part 5 is provided between the lower thigh part 4 below the knee joint part 9 and the foot part 5, and the hydraulic cylinder 7 is provided with a stretching passage 74, a bending passage 75 and a bypass passage 76. The bending passage 75 is provided with a toe grounding lock valve 77, the bending passage 75A is provided with a heel grounding lock valve 79, and the bending passage 75B is provided with a flow rate adjusting valve 78. The buffer device 6 and the toe grounding lock valve 77 are connected by a toe grounding transmission line 77a and the buffer device 6 and the heel grounding lock valve 79 are connected by a heel grounding transmission line 79a. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize light knee bending which a normal unconsciously does when walking in foot standing phase to reduce vertical movement of a body gravitational center in the foot standing phase, to improve walking condition, and to mitigate the shock at the time of stepping. SOLUTION: A shaft 11 is arranged ahead of a lower thigh pipe 4, and an elastic body 20 biasing a shaft structure in an extending direction is interposed such that a angle is formed between a thigh portion socket 1 and the lower thigh pipe 4.
