Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied petroleum gas for LP-gas fuel cells, its desulfurizing method and a fuel cell system using a hydrogen-containing gas obtained by reforming a desulfurized liquefied petroleum gas fuel, using the desulfurizing method. SOLUTION: The liquefied petroleum gas for LP-gas fuel cells is a hydrocarbon compound composed of a 2C hydrocarbon compound 3 vol.% or less, a 4C hydrocarbon compound 3 vol.% or less, and a 3C hydrocarbon compound in the remainder. The total sulfur concentration is 10 mass ppm or less, the sulfur concentration of carbonyl sulfide is 2 mass ppm or less, the sulfur concentration of methylmercaptan is 3 mass ppm or less, the sulfur concentration of a sulfur compound having a boiling point higher than dimethyl sulfide is 2 mass ppm or less, the methanol concentration is 50 mass ppm or less and the water concentration is 50 mass ppm or less. The fuel cell system 1 uses a hydrogen-containing gas obtained by desulfurizing the liquefied petroleum gas fuel with a desulfurizer and reforming the desulfurized gas fuel. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desulfurization zeolite adsorbent effective for removing sulfur compounds and a manufacturing method of the same, a desulfurization method, desulfurization equipment, and a fuel cell system. SOLUTION: The desulfurization zeolite adsorbent containing Y-zeolite where Ag ion is exchanged of crystallinity of Y-zeolite where Ag ion is exchanged of 45 to 98%, if the crystallinity of Y-zeolite where Ag ion is not exchanged is assumed as 100 and the manufacturing method of the same, desulfurization method, desulfurization equipment, and fuel cell system are provided. The desulfurization zeolite adsorbent, even if a small amount of Ag is contained, has a significantly excellent sulfur compound adsorption performance because it has a higher crystallinity than that of a conventional one. Therefore, cheaper and more excellent desulfurization equipment can be configured if the sulfur compounds in fuel gas are removed by using the desulfurization zeolite adsorbent. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid fuel for a fuel cell, capable of being easily desulfurized even at temperatures of not more than 80°C, capable of achieving a long life of a desulfurizing agent used and lowering its cost, and capable of contributing to making a fuel cell system highly efficient and to reduction of its cost, and a desulfurization method using this liquid fuel for the fuel cell. SOLUTION: Liquid fuel in which a content of a sulfur compound having a ring structure with two or more rings is not more than 2 mass ppm is prepared, and the liquid fuel is desulfurized at temperatures of not more than 80°C. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control a flow rate of fluid pouring in a passage for a heat recovery to the whole flow rate. SOLUTION: The solid electrolyte fuel cell has a branched flow rate control part 12 in which air is branched between an air supply source 9 and a heat exchanger 10, the branched air is guided to a heat recovery passage 11, and the amount of the branched air is controlled.
