    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing cutter of a workpiece plate causing no dislocation of the plate when cutting the plate by surely pressing down the plate by constituting the pressing cutter of the plate so as to cut the plate by moving a sub-frame together with a head while pressing down the plate by a lower part of the sub-frame.
    SOLUTION: An inside frame 21 of a pressing-down member 20 is fixed. The inside frame 21 is composed of a circular frame 21a, and a disk part 21b integrally formed with the circular frame 21a. A cylinder 22 is installed on the disk part 21b. A cutout 21c is formed in the central direction from a side part of the disk part 21b. A thin disk part 24a formed inside an outside frame 24 is inserted into the cutout 21c. When extending a driving shaft 22a of the cylinder 22 installed on the disk part 21b, the circular frame 21a of the inside frame 21 is positioned in the substantially center of the outside frame 24.
