    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain, from a phosphoric acid solution, a water glass grouting chemical which is reduced in corrosiveness and harmfulness and is inexpensive by removing chlorine and fluorine, which are harmful, from the acid solution. SOLUTION: A phosphoric acid solution containing chlorine and fluorine is regulated so as to have a sulfuric acid concentration of 0.5-10wt.% and then subjected to steam stripping at 120-170 deg.C to obtain a solution having contents of chlorine and fluorine of 5ppm or lower and 50ppm or lower, respectively. The solution is used as a water glass hardener in silicate grouting.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To attain the smooth motion of a diaphragm by filling acoustic oil between an elastic membrane facing underwater and the diaphragm and in a guide cylinder at the rear side of the diaphragm and connecting the acoustic oil of the rear side to an accumulator so as to eliminate the need for sealing. CONSTITUTION: A guide cylinder 24 supporting an elastic membrane 2 facing underwater is provided in an enclosure 23. A diaphragm 25 reciprocated in the guide cylinder 24 to generate a low frequency sound wave is provided. An acoustic oil is filled in a liquid chamber 26 between the elastic membrane 22 and the front side of the diaphragm 25 and in a rear liquid chamber 3 between the rear side of the diaphragm 25 and the guide cylinder 24. An accumulator 6 is connected to the rear liquid chamber 3 via a communication tube 4. Through the constitution above, since the same acoustic oil is filled to the front side and the rear side of the diaphragm 25 in the guide cylinder 24, it is not required for a seal and slide friction of the diaphragm is small. The volume change in the rear liquid chamber by the reciprocating vibration of the diaphragm 25 is absorbed by the accumulator 6. A bag 5 in the accumulator 6 receives the inner pressure of the enclosure to act the compensation of uniform pressure.
