    摘要: 減少した粒間空間を制限することなく球形多孔質顆粒の高い機械的安定性を実質的に兼ね備えた骨移植片代用品が記載されている。顆粒内部の構造は、高い安定性を維持しながら高い気孔率を有するので、顆粒の著しい破損を招くことなく顆粒を欠損部に押し込むことができ、同時に骨細胞は顆粒間の空間に成長することができる。本発明の例示的な実施形態では、顆粒の外側から見た際に、顆粒の表面は、くぼみを含む。くぼみは、植え込まれた塊の中の気孔率を著しく増加させ、したがって組織の内方成長のために顆粒間により多くの空間をもたらす。顆粒上のくぼみにより、顆粒は、不規則な形状を有し、したがって機械的安定性を維持しながら、粒間空間の増加が達成される。

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide calcium phosphate paste of hydration and curing type which attains a predetermined compression strength from the start of kneading in an appropriate period and in which operations such as imparting shape property, filling or the like are easily carried out. SOLUTION: Calcium phosphate paste of hydration and curing type is formed through the kneading of calcium phosphate-based powder such as calcium hydrogen phosphate powder, tetracalcium phosphate powder or the like, and water or curing liquid composed mainly of water. When calcium phosphate-based powder and the curing liquid are kneaded and then allowed to stand at 25°C, compression strength is preferably ≥0.5 MPa, more preferably ≥0.8 MPa, most preferably ≥1.0 MPa within 30 minutes from the start of the kneading. The amount of water or the curing liquid based on calcium phosphate-based powder of 1 g is preferably 0.2-0.4 g, more preferably 0.25-0.35. SOLUTION: The organic hard tissue-like hardened substance is provided by mixing a biopolymer and a calcium phosphate-based compound, obtaining the powder composition by conducting a mixture crushing process P3 of crushing the mixture, and hardening the powder composition by adding and kneading a hardening controlling agent in the powder composition.
