    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe tissue adhesive containing no foreign component and capable of suppressing the early biodegradation by the use of a human- derived proteolytic enzyme inhibitor by including α2 plasmin inhibitor (α2 PI) as the proteolytic enzyme inhibitor. SOLUTION: This tissue adhesive contains α2 PI as a human-derived proteolytic enzyme inhibitor. The α2 PI is hypoglycoprotein having a molecular weight of 58,000 which is synthesized in the lever, and its concentration in human plasma is 70 μg/ml. The α2 PI is an inhibitor of serine protease, and its essential target to be inhibited is plasmin. The α2 PI works as an essential inhibitor to fibrinolysis through plasmin by three functions of bond inhibition of plasminogen (plasmin) to fibrin, inhibition of plasmin activity, and incorporation by cross-linking to fibrin. When the bond of plasminogen to fibrin is inhibited by the α2 PI, the initiation of fibrinolysis reaction is prevented.

    摘要: A pressure sensitive adhesive composition particularly suitable for use as a protective skin barrier material for sealing the faceplate of an ostomy appliance, such as the faceplate of a one-piece or two-piece urostomy or an ileostomy appliance, to skin surfaces surrounding a patient's stoma. The composition includes a blend of two viscoelastic adhesive elastomers, specifically, high molecular weight polyisobutylene and a styrene block copolymer, which, along with a plasticizer (preferably petrolatum) and a suitable tackifier and antioxidant, form a continuous phase in which hydrocolloids such as sodium carboxymethylcellulose and pectin are dispersed. The composition is exceptional for its durability, flexibility and strength, even when saturated, and for its controlled swelling upon hydration.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic adhesive material made of a new biological material which doesn't exit in the present medical field, which is degradable and absorbed in vivo, and is adhesive and plastic and maintains the shape at about 30 deg.-40 deg.C, and whose fluidity is increased at the body temperature of a higher temperature so that the material can be freely shaped. SOLUTION: This material is a plastic adhesive material comprising more than two kinds of monomers which are degradable and absorbed in vivo, preferably copolymers of p-dioxanon with any one of D-lactic acid, L-lactic acid, D,L-lactic acid, trimethylene carbonate, and ε-caprolactone, or a mixture of more than two of these copolymers, and the content of p-dioxanon is from 5 to 95 mol.%. The plastic adhesive material is suitable for a hemostasis material, an adhesive material for organism tissue, a prosthetic material for recovery of tissue, a carrier for discharging a medicine, a plugging material, an adhesion preventive material, or a material for a scaffold for the cell technology, etc.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air/water separation material which is highly pliable, low-priced, outstandingly air permeable and makes a liquid or a solid matter hardly permeable. SOLUTION: This air/water separation filter material is made of a fibrous cloth with a permability of 0.5 cc/cm /s or more (JIS L1095 6.27 Fragile Method), a water repellency of 50 points or more (JIS L1092 5.2 Water Repellency Spray Method) and a thickness of 0.08-5.0 mm. That is, an opening part is provided on a bag-like storage container for a human excretion storage device and the air/water separation filter medium is fitted to the opening part. The material shows an excellent ease of operation, an ability to evacuate the internal gas of a bag sufficiently at a low cost and also to positively prevent a content from leaking.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sealing of the skin, make a skin protective material hard to cause a rash, make it unflowing, and prevent paste from remaining on the skin at time of releasing by integrally laminating a hydrophilic pressure sensitive adhesive mainly composed of an elastic polymer and a water soluble high polymer on one surface of a hydrophobic pressure sensitive adhesive mainly composed of an elastic polymer. SOLUTION: This skin protective material is formed as a two-layer structure by integrally laminating a hydrophilic pressure sensitive adhesive 1 on one surface of a hydrophobic pressure sensitive adhesive 3, and is desirably obtained by integrally laminating the hydrophilic pressure sensitive adhesive 1 on the hydrophobic pressure sensitive adhesive 3 on which a creep has cohesive power not more than 5 mm/hour (JISZ-0237). This hydrophilic pressure sensitive adhesive 1 is obtained by uniformly mixing an elastic polymer and a water soluble high polymer, in a word, a medicine or the like by a kneader. Next, an obtained mixture is rolled in a sheet shape by a T die extruder, a rolling roller and a press machine, and is stuck to the protective material 2 of the hydrophilic pressure sensitive adhesive composed of a mold parting processed plastic film and mold releasable paper simultaneously with rolling or after rolling.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered film for an ostomy bag improved in softness, such as mounting feel, suppleness touch to skin and silence. SOLUTION: At least one layer of the outermost layer (A) of this film contains an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer contg. 5 to 20 wt.% vinyl acetate and a soft polyvinyl chloride(PVC) polymer having hardness of 70 to 95. The content of the soft PVC polymer is 5 to 50 wt.% of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. A gas barrier layer contg. at least one polymer selected from vinylidene chloride copolymers, etc., is included as an inner layer therein.
