PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measures against robbery and a device of measures against robbery capable of protecting value-in-use of an object from passing it on a robber since the device is so designed that the object can not be used even if it is stolen, being mounted on every object available in all sizes from a vehicle and a vessel to a cell phone and an IC card when the object runs by electronic control and functioning so as not to make the object move no matter when and how it is stolen. SOLUTION: The second switch as a switch mechanism of A contact is provided to the center section of an electronic circuit body separately from a power switch of an electronic circuit to control the second switch by a control means making an input device, an identification device, a connection indicator and a timing device as the main structural elements, and when the second switch does not operate, an object mounting the electronic circuit having a function of a device of measures against robbery thereon is so characterized that it is kept in a state to prevent it from being normally functioned even if the power switch is turned ON. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal and its use restriction method controlling use constriction while power consumption is reduced and influence on the outside is also reduced. SOLUTION: Authentication is performed between a portable telephone 1 and a key 3 by transmitting respective inherent portable telephone code and key code by radio communication, and only when authentication is established, the use limitation of the portable telephone 1 is released. When the portable telephone 1 is in a limited use state, radio communication for authentication is performed when an authentication button 18 provided in the portable telephone 1 is pressed down. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve the position even when the power source is turned off by a third person in a portable communication terminal such as a portable telephone terminal. SOLUTION: In the portable telephone terminal 8, in the case that identification number input and biometrics are not performed when a power source OFF operation is performed from a power source OFF button, all functions by which it can be recognized that the terminal is operated when viewed from the outside, such as the display in a display unit, the lighting of an LED, the vibration of a vibrator, and the output of sound from a speaker, are controlled to a stop state. In the meantime, for a GPS and a communication circuit operated in the state that it can not be recognized that they are operated when viewed from the outside, the portable telephone terminal 8 maintains the operation state and makes present position information be transmitted to a manager as needed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone 100 whereby a third party cannot easily read data from a radio tag from or write data to the radio tag with respect to the data of a RFID radio tag. SOLUTION: The mobile phone 100 makes data communication to a RFID radio tag for storing data by means of an electromagnetic wave and includes: a radio IC reader/writer control section 107 for reading data stored in the RFID radio tag or writing data to the RFID radio tag; and an authentication key generating section 112 for generating an authentication key 105d for reading data stored in the RFID radio tag or writing data to the RFID radio tag. The radio IC reader/writer control section 107 can read data stored in the RFID radio tag or write data to the RFID radio tag only when the RFID radio tag includes the authentication key 105d generated by the authentication key generating section 112. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone on which a user can properly display personal information that are recorded at the newly purchase time of the user, such as facial portrait, name, birth date, address of the user under the protection of a password. SOLUTION: The mobile phone is provided with a nonvolatile information storing means 101 wherein the personal information of the user set at the newly purchased time of the mobile phone and protected by the password of the user; a display means 104 for displaying personal information; and a display control means 103 for controlling the display section of the display means 104 to display the personal information read from the nonvolatile information storing means 101 by using the password. The nonvolatile information storing means 101 stores the personal information subjected to tight personal inspection at the newly purchased time of the mobile phone. The mobile phone is contrived, such that the personal information cannot be changed freely by the user, the user can properly display the personal information under the protection of the password, and the user can use the personal information as authentication information of the user. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag attached mobile terminal for enhancing the security without losing the convenience of users. SOLUTION: The security can be enhanced without losing the convenience of users because an IC tag 105 is operable after authentication information from an authentication information acquisition section 101 is coincident with collation information stored in a storage section 103 and information cannot illegitimately be transmitted from the IC tag 105 by a third party without the need for carrying the mobile terminal in an operation disable state. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a personal digital assistant device with a key lock function including an open/close mechanism is inconvenient to use as the device need be opened to have numerical keys exposed to unlock the key in particular, since the numerical keys are hidden with the device closed in a currently predominant personal identification number method by the numerical keys. SOLUTION: The personal digital assistant device comprising an upper housing and a lower housing coupled to be capable of being opened/closed has a key input including a plurality of keys, and a key lock for limiting the input by the key input. When the input from the key input is limited, keys to be exposed outside among a plurality of keys on the key input part are to serve as unlocking keys when the upper and lower housings are closed.
