Abstract:
An aspect in accordance with the present invention is a structure of mounting an impact absorption material for use with a vehicle. The structure includes: a door trim 30, a holder 10, and an EA pad 20. The holder 10 includes a base 11 and a plurality of legs 12, the base 11 of the holder 10 being disposed on the compartment outer side surface of the EA pad 20. The plurality of legs 12 are disposed at intervals around an outer peripheral edge of the base 11 of the holder 10 and extend from the base 11 of the holder 10, along an outer peripheral side surface 22 of the EA pad 20, and to the door trim 30, thereby fixing the base 11 of the holder 10 to the door trim 30.

This invention provides a slide deck device, for a vehicle, which prevents a slide deck from rattling with respect to a floor surface of a vehicle even if an upward load is applied to the side deck in a state where the slide deck is completely drawn into the vehicle. The slide deck device is provided with a supporting member 30 provided on a floor surface 15 and supporting an undersurface of a slide deck 20, a floor contact-member 52 provided on the floor surface, and a slide deck contact-member 60 provided on the undersurface of the slide deck. When the slide deck is located at the accommodated position, the slide deck contact-member is in contact with the undersurface of the floor contact-member.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material for an interior material for vehicle that can improve the appearance of externals, while suppressing increase of manufacturing man-hour, an interior material using the base material, and to provide a method of manufacturing the interior material for vehicle.SOLUTION: A base material 1c' of an interior material for vehicle has a stitch working part which is applied with stitch working and a non-stitch working part, and the stitch working part is coated by a skin material thicker than the non-stitch working part. In a peripheral edge part of the surface of the base material 1c', at least one groove 18 to fit the stitch working part toward inside of the base material 1c from the peripheral edge part' is provided. A bottom 18b of the groove 18 is gently connected with a general surface 25 of the surface of the base material.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve easily a degree of shielding of an automobile cargo chamber. SOLUTION: An automobile 1 is provided with a cargo chamber shielding structure 2a comprising a sidewall 10 forming a sidewall of a cargo chamber LR1 of the automobile 1, a cover 20 disposed at the automobile 1 and capable of being drawn out of a storing position LO1 to the cargo chamber LR1, a storing device 30 capable of storing the cover 20 to the storing position LO1, and a closing member 40 capable of being drawn out of the sidewall 10 toward a position where a clearance CL1 between the drawn-out cover 20 and the sidewall 10 is closed. When the sidewall 10 includes a retracting part 12 retracted toward such a direction as one where it becomes an outside part in a width direction D6 of a seat 4 in compliance with a reclining range RE1 of the seat 4, it is possible that the closing member 40 can be drawn out of the sidewall 10 toward the seat 4 at a position where the clearance CL1 between the drawn-out cover 20 and the retracting part 12 is closed. The molding 2 is provided with light emitting units 10 on the upper surface part 21 and a flange part 23. The light emitting units 10 are arranged continuously or intermittently straight along the seat rail 3.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage box for vehicle that can be easily mounted and removed by reducing a complex wiring work.SOLUTION: The storage box includes: a concave storage part 1a formed in an instrument panel 1 of the vehicle; a cover member 2 having a lid 12 that openably and closably covers an opening of the storage part 1a; an LED 15 for the illumination that illuminates inside the storage part 1a; and a self power generation part 13 that supplies electricity to the LED 15 for the illumination. The cover member 2 has the LED 15 for the illumination and the self power generation part 13 built-in, the storage part 1a is installed in the instrument panel 1 as one body, and the cover member 2 is fitted to the opening 11a of the storage part 1a.
