Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive which is a phenol resin and polyvinyl acetal resin adhesive, a solution adhesive with low toxicity and environmental friendliness and a phenol resin and polyvinyl acetal resin adhesive with low toxicity and environmental friendliness, and has hot adhesion strength and ordinary state adhesion strength after heat aging. SOLUTION: The phenol resin and polyvinyl acetal resin adhesive includes: (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyvinyl acetal resin; (B) 30 to 300 pts.wt. of a phenol resin; (C) 100 to 500 pts.wt. of a carbonic ester; and (D) 10 to 200 pts.wt. of a methanol. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition exhibiting an excellent tackifying property, normal state adhesion strength and heat resistance towards a polyolefin-based film having poor adhesion property. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition comprises (A) a polyester urethane resin containing a hydroxy group, (B) a solvent, (C) an amine-modified urethane resin and (D) a polyisocyanate compound. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method excellent in contamination resistance and workability. SOLUTION: The coating method comprises a step of applying a modified silicone-based coating agent containing no curing catalyst to the surface of a modified silicone-based material containing a curing catalyst. A curing reaction of the coating agent containing no curing catalyst is caused by making good use of the curing catalyst contained in the modified silicone-based material to cure the coating agent applied to only the modified silicone-based material. It is preferable to apply the coating agent by a spraying method. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint filler composition enabling wiping-out application with water, hardly causing cracking and chipping of joint by following the movement of the joint, preventing the breakage of a building material such as a tile and a stone, and having excellent operability, elasticity, adhesiveness and water resistance; and to provide a method for forming the joint by using the joint filler composition, and a joint structure. SOLUTION: The joint filler composition contains (a) a polymer having a hydrolyzable silicon group and (b) a silicone-based surfactant, and is obtained by formulating 5-50 pts.wt. of the surfactant (b) with 100 pts.wt. of the polymer (a).
