Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a qualitative analyzer having a totally new automatic dispensing mechanism that can perform a qualitative analysis without dispensing urine to a test tube and at the same time can dispense urine from a paper cup to the test tube and can automatically stick a patient identification label to the test tube for a quantitative analysis and a sediment analysis as needed. SOLUTION: The qualitative analyzer having the automatic dispensing mechanism reads patient identification information from the paper cup, sucks urine from the paper cup, spots test paper directly with urine sucked from the paper cup based on the patient identification information, measures the color reaction optically, prints the patient identification information on a label as needed for sticking the label on a required number of test tubes, and dispenses the urine sucked from the paper cup to the test tube after sticking the label. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic inspection system used either of off-line or on-line as necessary and surely dispensing after finishing a preparation in a blood collecting tube automatic preparation system without affected by a trouble of a host computer, and to provide the blood collecting tube automatic preparation system and an automatic dispenser usable by the automatic inspection system. SOLUTION: This blood collecting tube automatic preparation system is provided with order information from a doctor including patient attribute information and information related to analysis items, blood collecting information and a sample ID determined based on the order information, and dispensation information determined according to each sample ID. This system takes out a blood collecting tube necessary for collecting the patient's blood from a plurality of blood collecting tube storage sections based on the blood collecting information, writes, at least, the sample ID and the dispensation information on a wireless tag of a label with the wireless tag, sticks the label with the written wireless tag to the taken-out blood collecting tube, and stores the blood collecting tube stuck with the label in the storage part such as a tray for every patient based on the order information. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for automatically preparing a blood collecting tube which can improve accuracy and reliability of preparation of the blood collecting tube, and can exclude possibility of mistakes at a preparative stage before blood collection to be linked with mistakes of the blood collection to the utmost. SOLUTION: The system for automatically preparing the blood collecting tube is equipped with a plurality of blood collecting tube storing parts. The system for automatically preparing the blood collecting tube is composed of taking out a necessary blood collecting tube for collecting the blood of a patient from a corresponding blood collecting tube storing part based on information on an order for collecting the blood from a doctor, printing the information related to blood collection of the patient by using a label printing/sticking means and sticking it on the blood collecting tube taken out, transferring the blood collecting tube after sticking the label to a blood collecting tube recovery part by a discharging means, and storing the blood collecting tube after sticking the label on each patient at the blood collecting tube recovery part. A reading means is provided so that the information of the label stuck on the blood collecting tube just before the blood collecting tube after sticking the label is put into the blood collecting tube storing part can be read, and the information read by the reading means is collated and confirmed with the information on the order for collecting the blood from the doctor. SOLUTION: This disposable sensor card for measuring the blood components comprises a substrate having a measuring part with a reaction reagent to measured components to be measured in the blood and at least two sets of electrode systems with a terminal connectable to a separate measuring device. The sensor card also comprises two or more independent flow passages passing at least over the measured portions of the electrode systems and a blood lead-in holding part joined to the upstream ends of all flow passages. SOLUTION: This disposable sensor card for measuring the blood components comprises a substrate having an electrode with a reaction reagent to measured components to be measured in the blood and a terminal capable of taking out signals from the electrode from a separate measuring device. The sensor card also comprises at least a flow passage passing over the measured part of the electrode, a blood lead-in part allowing the blood to be measured therein formed at the upstream end of the flow passage, a suction opening for sucking the blood led into the blood lead-in part through the flow passage formed at the downstream end of the flow passage, and a sealing member having both properties of gas permeability and liquid non-permeability installed between the electrode and the suction opening in the flow passage.
