Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncturing and blood sampling instrument capable of easily and surely sampling the blood of a capillary vessel and to provide a manufacturing method for the puncturing and blood sampling instrument. SOLUTION: The puncturing and blood sampling instrument is characterized in being formed of a metal tubular body having the maximum height difference Rf of the surface roughness of the inner surface of 3 μm or less and the inside diameter of 2.0 mm or less, and having opened both ends, and being integrally provided with at least an acute puncturing part projecting frontward from the opening end face in one end of the tubular body. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncturing instrument manufactured at a low cost and capable of painlessly sampling the blood of a capillary vessel. SOLUTION: This puncturing instrument is integrally provided with a base part limiting the puncture depth and an acute puncture part projecting from the surface of the base part, and is characterized in that the puncture part is integrally and projectingly formed from the surface of a plate material constituting the base part by press molding a metal plate, a resin, or the like.
