PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a culture container hardly giving opportunity for cells under culture to be contaminated with bacteria when used for the culture of anchorage-dependent cells, providing good culture performance without causing dispersion thereof, stable with time, facilitating the treatment and allowing the culture state to be observed easily. SOLUTION: The method for producing the bag-shaped container sealed at the peripheries includes a step for forming a first container wall 3 having an easily hydrophilizable resin surface 7, a step for subjecting the hydrophilizable resin surface to hydrophilization treatment after masking a part of the easily hydrophilizable resin surface, and a step for heat-sealing the first container wall with a second container wall 4 having flexibility and permeability of oxygen and carbon dioxide at the not-hydrophilized parts after inserting a port 5 communicating with a space formed between the first container wall and the second container wall. SOLUTION: The bag-shaped container for culturing the adhesive cells is equipped with a first container wall 3 and a second container wall 4 sealed at the peripheries and facing to each other, and a port 5 communicating with a space formed between the first container wall 3 and the second container wall 4. The container walls have flexibility and permeability of oxygen and carbon dioxide, and the whole cell-culturing surfaces formed out of an easily hydrophilizable resin 6 are hydrophilized by ultraviolet rays. SOLUTION: The rubber composition blended with carbon powder is prepared by blending carbon powder with a rubber material, wherein the carbon powder is prepared by dispersing a carbon nanotube in a silk solution, drying the dispersion to obtain a mixed material, firing the dried mixed material in a non-oxidizing atmosphere, and pulverizing the fired material. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a recycled polyester nonwoven fabric, with which a process for preliminarily separating and recovering a filament component is omitted, cut end materials are sufficiently loosened and stands reuse and an apparatus for producing a recycled polyester nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: In the method for producing a recycled polyester nonwoven fabric for reproducing the end material of a polyester nonwoven fabric, the method includes a first process for roughly cutting the end material, a second process for opening the cut end material and forming a regenerated raw material, a third process for mixing the regenerated raw material with a polyester-based binder fiber to from a mixed raw material, a fourth process for molding the mixed raw material, and a fifth process for heating and hardening the formed mixed raw material. SOLUTION: The heat-conductive vibration absorption material 13 is composed of a silicone rubber composition produced by compounding 100 pts.mass of a polyorganosiloxane with 100-700 pts.mass of calcined zinc oxide. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falling or destruction of a structure such as a vending machine when a great scale earthquake occurs. SOLUTION: The base isolation device to be used for the vending machine as a base isolated object reduces earthquake motion to be transmitted from a supporting base surface to the vending machine 10 when an earthquake occurs. The base isolation device comprises: a receiving member 13 fixed to the vending machine 10; and a supporting member 14 fixed to a floor surface 11, and a slip bearing body 26 is laid between the receiving member 13 and the supporting member 14. The slip bearing body 26 has: a sliding face 27 having sliding contact with a sliding face 24 of the receiving member 13; and a sliding face 28 having contact with a sliding face 25 of the supporting member 14. A receiving member elastic body 31 is provided between the slip bearing body 26 and the receiving member 13, and a supporting member elastic body 32 is provided between the slip bearing body 26 and the supporting member 14.
