PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet ejection device for a highly viscous liquid capable of controlling the size of liquid droplets even for a highly viscous liquid. SOLUTION: A droplet ejection device for a highly viscous liquid includes: a micro flow channel filled with a highly viscous liquid and having an inlet and an outlet channel; at least a branch channel communicated with the outlet channel; a highly-viscous-liquid supply device connected to the inlet so as to supply the highly viscous liquid to the micro flow channel; a gas supply device connected to the branch channel so as to supply a gas to the outlet channel by way of the branch channel; and at least a control valve mounted between the branch channel and the gas supply device so as to control an intermittent supply of the gas from the branch channel to the outlet channel in order to form a droplet of the highly-viscous-liquid flow to be ejected out of the micro flow channel. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method and a new apparatus for manufacturing a high performance and high reliability thin film transistor panel. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a thin film transistor panel includes at least steps of: providing a silicon substrate (10); forming a transparent insulator (12) in the front surface of the silicon substrate; forming a plurality of thin film transistor structures (14) and a plurality of corresponding transparent electrodes (18) on the transparent insulator; combining a transparent substrate (30) in the front surface of the silicon substrate; removing the silicon substrate; and exposing the transparent electrode by etching the transparent insulator. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-stage electronic ballast circuit capable of improving overall efficiency. SOLUTION: This single-stage electronic ballast device includes a rectifying and power factor improvement device, a bridge inverter and a control circuit. The rectifying and power factor improvement device can rectify an input alternating current to a direct current, and can be used as a route of the input current and an energy storage unit. The bridge inverter comprises a bridge arm comprising four switches, converts the direct current to square wave current to drive an HID lamp, and can control output power by connecting the central point of the bridge arm to the rectifying and power factor improvement device. By connecting a first or second load side to the output side of the rectifying and power factor improvement device to modulate the input current waveform, a high power factor is provided and input current is controlled. The single-stage electronic ballast device is characterized in that the overall efficiency can be improved by simplifying the entire circuit and by reducing conversion loss of a multistage circuit because pulse width modulation control and protection are executed by connecting the output side of the control circuit to the four switches of the bridge inverter to drive the four switches. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for treating patients with obstructive sleep apnea with high effectiveness and high patient compliance. SOLUTION: This invention provides a method and a device to curing patients with obstructive sleep apnea with the use of negative pressure in the oral cavity. The device of the present invention comprises a pressure reducing unit to control and maintain the negative pressure in the oral cavity, and a tube one end of which is connected to the pressure reducing unit for generating negative pressure in the oral cavity, and a mouthpiece connected with the other end of the tube, which is used for sealing the patient mouth by just fitted inside the mouth so as to prevent the leakage of air from the oral cavity. By applying negative pressure in the oral cavity, patient's soft palate and ambient soft tissues are pulled toward the oral cavity, and also patient's tongue is pulled toward the upper palate. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas water heater enhancing heat efficiency of a conventional gas water heater and efficiently collecting condensate or the like to suppress the occurrence of trouble such as corrosion. SOLUTION: The gas water heater comprises a combustion chamber 66 producing hot gas flow, a pipe assembly 64, and a heat exchanger 50 arranged above the combustion chamber 66. The heat exchanger 50 is provided with a plurality of heat conductors 20 arranged parallel to each other. Each heat conductor 20 has a base 21, a plurality of through-holes 22 for storing pipe assemblies 54, 64 penetrating the base 21, and a protruding edge 23 formed at the base 21 to collect condensate.
