摘要: PURPOSE:To provide a device for treating foods, capable of continuously cutting an edible film and a tacky food such as NATTO (fermented soybeans with Bacillus natto) or ground NEGITORO (ground tuna topped with Welsh onion) successively fed in a ribbon state into given length and packing the food with the edible film. CONSTITUTION:This device for treating food having tack consists of a material supplying device A composed of an edible film supplying means D for continuously feeding an edible film 11 onto a conveyor 10, a food supplying means F for successively feeding a tacky food E onto the fed edible film 11, a continuously cutting device B which is laid at the downstream of the material supplying device A and cuts the continuously supplied edible film 11 and the food E to a given length and a conveyor device C used also for packing which is positioned at the downstream of the continuously cutting device B and simultaneously rolls the cut edible film 11 and the food E on the transporting surface of a conveyor 100 having a twisted carrying surface so as to pack the food E with the edible film 11.

CONSTITUTION:The characteristic of this method for producing a food containing an inner core comprises feeding a raw material liquid to many heated forming containers 2, used for a thin fried food and connectedly arranged on a moving conveyor 1, transversely arranging an inner core (a) at a place in contact with a liquid surface on the side of the tip in the moving direction of each container 2, thereby integrally binding the inner core (a) to the heated and coagulated thin fried food (b), then bringing the inner core (a) into contact with a roller 4 rotating in the direction opposite that of rolling, rotating and moving the inner core as the rolling starting end and thereby rolling up the thin fried food in a rolled form around the inner core.
