Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber that has extremely superior color fastness and also high durable hydrophilicity, to provide a fiber molding such as a nonwoven fabric, composed of the fiber, and to provide an absorbent article using the fiber or the fiber molding.SOLUTION: A fiber contains at least one thermoplastic resin and a fiber treating agent adhered thereon. The fiber treating agent contains 25 mass% or more of the following component (A), 5 mass% or more of the component (B) and 5 mass% or more of the component (C) based on an active substance, and is adhered on the fiber in an amount of 0.1-1.0 mass% based on a fiber mass. The component (A) is a sulfate salt having a 8-22C hydrocarbon group, the component (B) is a salt of sulfosuccinate diester having a 12-20C hydrocarbon group, and the component (C) is a phosphoric ester salt having a 4-18C hydrocarbon group. The fiber molding mainly composed of the fiber and the absorbent article obtained by using the fiber molding are also provided.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal bonding conjugate fiber with excellent compression resistance and nonwoven fabric using the same, more specifically, a thermal bonding conjugate fiber and nonwoven fabric using the same, in which the bulkiness of the nonwoven fabric under a light load is retained well even under a heavy load, and the rate of decrease in bulkiness between under a light load and under a heavy load can be reduced. SOLUTION: The thermal bonding conjugate fiber with thermal shrinkage properties has an eccentric core-sheath structure in which a first component comprising a polyester resin constitutes a core and a second component comprising a polyolefin resin having a melting point at least 15°C lower than a melting point of the polyester resin constitutes a sheath, and a shrinkage ratio after a heat treatment of 120°C is at least 20% when calculated by a predetermined measurement method. The nonwoven fabric is obtained by blending the thermal bonding conjugate fiber with one or more types of other thermal bonding fibers, and the thermal bonding conjugate fiber is contained therein at a blend ratio of 10 to 60 mass%.
