Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide apparatuses having a restricted use area, capable of preventing unauthorized installation transfer, even in an environment that the measurement of the present position is difficult, and capable of restricting the use or canceling the restriction by the authentication of the present position, by stably measuring the present position with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A machine tool 100 includes a usage restricting unit 105 and an installation transfer detecting unit 103, in addition to an NC control unit 102 for controlling a processing unit 101. When the installation transfer of the machine tool 100 is detected by the installation transfer detecting unit 103, the usage restricting unit 105 sets the NC control unit 102 into an operable state or an inoperable state, based on the decision result of the present position by a position measuring receiver 200. The position measuring receiver 200 measures the present position of the self receiver, by receiving radio waves from GPS satellites at a position distant from the machine tool 100 and decides whether there is measured present position in a usable area, and as a result, the result is output to the usage restricting unit 105 as the decision result of the present position. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining method and a machining apparatus, which are specialized to a new construction of a cylinder and also by which the arraying machining of this periodic construction (nanoperiodic groove and dimple) can be performed with high accuracy and efficiently even to a multi-cylinder cylinder. SOLUTION: The periodic construction MK or the like is machined on the slide surface 60A of a piston from the top dead center P1 to the bottom dead center P2 on which the piston is moved back and forth on the inner peripheral surface in a single-cylinder cylinder C1 or a multi-cylinder cylinder C2 and the density of periodic grooves in the vicinity of the top dead center and the vicinity of the bottom dead center is made dense and the density of the periodic grooves on the way is made coarse. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seam tracking welding apparatus which can accurately track a welding line by bringing a circular sensing roller into contact with a workpiece and by feeding-back the positional change of the roller to a laser beam machine in a real time. SOLUTION: The seam tracking welding apparatus is integrated with a laser transmitter 1 by means of a mounting stay 13 and has the circular sensing roller 6 which is arranged at the tip end portion so as to turn with low friction by means of a rotary shaft A. The sensing roller 6 is always brought into contact with a welding workpiece W2 during measurement because of the elastic force of a spring 8 transmitted via a fulcrum 10. Further, a stopper 12 is provided such that the sensing roller 6 is not excessively tilted by the tension force of the spring 8 applied in such a non-contact state that the sensing roller 6 moves in the air.
