PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and method for therapy and diagnosis of influenza.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a novel human anti-influenza antibody, and a related composition and method. The antibody is used for diagnosis and therapy of influenza infection. The present invention provides a fully human monoclonal antibody specific to M2e. Optionally, the antibody is isolated from a B cell of a human donor. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel therapeutic agent against influenza infection.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a synthetic peptide immunogen which can induce an antibody against M2e target peptide of an influenza A virus. Particularly the peptide immunogen of the present invention comprises one or more epitopes. The peptide immunogen may optionally comprise a general immune stimulation factor further. These peptide immunogens of the present invention are effective to prevent infections with an influenza A virus, and can induce the antibody against the influenza A virus.
