PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged particle irradiation target refrigerating apparatus, a charged particle beam irradiation system, a charged particle irradiation target refrigerating method, a charged particle irradiation target and a neutron generating method that can use a large current.SOLUTION: A charged particle irradiation target refrigerating apparatus 70 that is disposed on the rear face side of a target 50 receiving irradiation with a charged particle beam B on the front face and refrigerates the target 50 is provided with: a refrigerating unit 60 that permits passage of refrigerant W on the rear face side of the target 50 and refrigerates the target 50 with the refrigerant W; a plurality of refrigerant inlet paths 72 that cause the refrigerating unit 60 to let the refrigerant W flow in; and a refrigerant outlet path 74 that allows the refrigerant W to flow out of the refrigerating unit 60. The refrigerating unit 60 is provided with a combined refrigerating space 62 in which flows of the refrigerant W from the plurality of refrigerant inlet paths 72 are combined to refrigerate the target 50 and which causes the combined flow of the refrigerant W to flow out through the refrigerant outlet path 74.

The cold retaining tool 1 for animals is a laminate of a surface layer 2 containing only a fine aggregate as the aggregate and a substrate layer 3 containing a coarse aggregate and a fine aggregate as the aggregate. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dart barrel having a novel structure, which allows a user to optionally adjust the mass of a barrel itself and the position of the center of gravity. SOLUTION: At least part of a barrel body 3a is constituted into a tubular shape, and a weight member (a columnar block 6) is detachably installed in the tubular hole of its tubular shape. The weight member can be installed in an optional position in the axial direction of the tubular hole. A weight member having a different mass can be selectively installed. The mass and the position of the center of gravity of the barrel itself can be thus easily and optionally adjusted by the installation of the weight member. Stainless steel having superior corrosion resistance, strength and coloring property can be used for the barrel body. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of cracking and efflorescence of concrete, and to provide a technology for producing high durability concrete which has improved strength, and improved acid resistance, sea water resistance, and weatherability, and which is prevented from being neutralized. SOLUTION: The method for producing the high durability concrete includes: a process for drying concrete by removing moisture in the concrete by a freeze drying method after the cured concrete has exhibited prescribed strength; a process for forming a reaction product in voids formed by removing the moisture, by bringing the concrete into contact with a gas which reacts with cement hydrate; and/or a process for filling the voids brought into contact with the gas, with ultrafine particles.
