    SOLUTION: The precoated metal plate is composed of a metal plate having a ten-point average roughness Rz of 1.2-4.0 μm, a chemical conversion coat formed at least one surface of the metal plate and a resin coat formed on the chemical conversion coat. The resin coat is composed of an undercoat formed on the chemical conversion coat and a topcoat formed on the undercoat. The undercoat contains a polyester-based resin, a melamine-based resin and an epoxy-based resin and has a tensile strength of 20-50 MPa. The topcoat contains an acrylic resin, a colloidal silica having an average particle size of ≤0.1 μm in an amount of 1-10 wt.% of the dried topcoat and a silicone compound having an alkoxyl group in an amount of 0.1-5.0 wt.% of the dried topcoat.

    SOLUTION: This precoated metallic sheet has the surface with Ra of 0.15 μm or less and at least a coating film layer which is formed, on the outer face side, of an acrylic resin as a base material and contains a colloidal silica with an average particle diameter of 0.1 μm or less equivalent to 1 to 10% of the dry coating film weight. The coating film layer may contain a silicone compound which is equivalent to 0.1-5% of the dry coating film weight and contains an alkoxy group with an average degree of polymerization of 3-50. In addition, the coating film layer may contain one or more of pigment or dye equivalent to 0.1-40% of the dry coating film weight.
