    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric fence using commercial power supply which complies with an interpretation of the Technical Standards of Electric Installation, Article 224, Paragraph 3.
    SOLUTION: A charge switching device is connected to electric fence equipment, and a secondary battery is connected to the charge switching device. The charge switching device is connected to a transformer, and the transformer is connected to the commercial power supply. When the electric fence equipment is not connected to the secondary battery, the secondary battery is charged by the commercial power supply. One secondary battery is connected when the electric fence equipment operates only at night, but two batteries are connected when the equipment is continuously used for 24 hours, to constitute so that such connection may be alternately made. The charge switching device intervenes between the electric fence equipment and the commercial power supply, and these are not directly connected so that the Technical Standards of Electric Installation are not applied, by which a height of a fence line is arranged to be most effective for target animals in execution of works.
