Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pleated screen capable of elevating and lowering a pleated screen member vertically to open or close the pleated screen, enhancing heat insulation performance, and coping with many kinds of requirements quickly. SOLUTION: This pleated screen is constituted by using two screen members 2, 3 arranged at a predetermined interval therebetween. These screen members 2 and 3 have a plurality of high pleat regions 13, 15 each having comparatively high crown pleats 4 and a plurality of low pleat regions 14, 16 each having comparatively low crown pleats 4. A section close to a ridge line of the crown pleat 4 in the high pleat region 13 of the first screen member 2 and a section close to a ridge line of the crown pleat 4 in the high pleat region 15 of the second screen member 3 are positioned to overlap on each other when viewed through in the vertical direction. Insertion holes 9, 10 for inserting an opening/closing cord 8 for elevating and lowering operation are formed in the sections close to the ridge line of the crown pleat 4 in the high pleat regions 13, 15 of each of the first and second screen members 2, 3. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pleat screen that is reducible in cost while an opening/closing cord for adjusting the length of a screen material and an insertion hole through which the cord is run do not spoil the beauty and light does not leak out through the insertion hole either.SOLUTION: As reverse-side folds 4 forming mountains of a screen material 2 on an outdoor side, projection folds 41 which have ridges at relatively projecting positions as compared with other folds and a non-projection fold 42 which has a ridge at a relatively non-projecting position are formed, and those projection folds 41 and non-projection fold 42 are mixedly distributed. Parts of the screen material 2 which form areas of predetermined width on both sides of a ridge of a projection fold 41 are joined together one over the other to form a projection piece 14 which projects to the reverse side along the projection fold 41, and an insertion hole 9 through which an opening/closing cord 8 is run is formed in the projection piece 14.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a pleated and dyed fabric by which the dyeing can be applied to an arbitrary face or part of the fabric, and which can rapidly correspond to various kinds of requirements in a pattern and a pleat shape.SOLUTION: The method for producing the pleated and dyed fabric is carried out as follows. Not only pleating processing but also dyeing processing are carried out by using a pleating apparatus 1. In the dyeing processing, transfer printing is applied. Transfer papers 20 and 21 to which a sublimation-type dyeing ink is imparted are fed so as to be parallel to the fabric 2 to be subjected to the pleating in the pleating apparatus 1, and a heating/pressing step for setting the pleats formed by the pleating is combined with a heating/pressing step for the transfer printing.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaped nylon cloth having excellent shaping workability of a nylon fiber cloth and shape retention of the shaped nylon cloth, especially excellent shape retention in washing, and having excellent workability, and to provide a shaping method for the nylon cloth. SOLUTION: A nylon fiber cloth containing ≥50 wt.% nylon fiber is subjected to a water-repelling treatment and then a shaping work to obtain a shaped nylon cloth having excellent shaping workability of the nylon fiber cloth and washing resistance. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method for controlling elongation of a cloth containing a cellulosic fiber having excellent shape-retaining property of cloth and washing resistance of cloth after formation and excellent workability and to obtain a processed cloth having slight elongation and excellent shape-retaining property. SOLUTION: The processing method for controlling elongation of formed and processed cloth has a process for forming and processing a cloth containing ≥50 wt.% of a cellulosic fiber, a process for allowing the cloth at 70-200°C under a formed and processed state for ≥1 minute, a process for providing the cloth with water, a process for relaxing the obtained cloth and a process for drying the obtained cloth. The formed and processed cellulosic fiber-containing cloth is obtained by processing by the processing method for controlling the elongation of the cloth. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve excellent shape-imparting characteristics to cloth and washing resistance of the processed cloth. SOLUTION: The method for shape-imparting processing the cloth and the processed cloth by the method for shape-imparting process are to impregnate 5-150 pts.wt. aqueous solution containing 0.005-5 wt.% at least one species selected from a group comprising ammonium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate and tetraalkylammonium sats having 1-2C alkyl groups to 100 pts.wt. cloth containing ≥50 wt.% cellulose-based fiber, subsequently process the cloth at 50-200°C to impart the shape.
