PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the external leakage of circulating gas and a solvent contained in a raw material solution.SOLUTION: Spray drying equipment includes: a spray drying tower which dries a mist of the raw material solution sprayed from a nozzle and turns it into particulates; a powder recovery unit which separates the particulates dried by the spray drying tower from the circulating gas so as to recover them; a condenser which separates the solvent of the raw material solution by cooling the circulating gas; and a gas compressor for pressurizing the circulating gas from which the solvent is separated so as to supply it to the nozzle of the spray drying tower. The gas compressor comprises a piston shaft 43 which performs a linear motion in the reciprocation direction of a piston 41 by a piston-type forced transfer machine 4A reciprocating the piston 41 in a cylinder 40, and a reciprocation mechanism 34 which reciprocates the piston shaft 43. An opening on the side of the reciprocation mechanism 34 of the cylinder 40 is closed by a closing plate 47, and the closing plate 47 airtightly closes a surface of the slidably-penetrating piston shaft 43 by a seal 48.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly display a character and figure of a display plate at high contrast while a light guide plate for irradiating light to the display plate is arranged on the surface of the display plate and light is irradiated to the display plate through the light guide plate.SOLUTION: A lighting system includes: a display plate 1 for displaying a character and figure; a light guide plate 2 comprising a transparent plate laminated to the surface of the display plate 1; and light emitting diodes 3 disposed in an outer peripheral surface of the light guide plate 2 and causing light to enter the light guide plate 2. The light guide plate 2 includes numerous light diffusion parts 4 for irradiating light transmitting through an inside of the light guide plate toward outside wherein the diffusion parts are formed in lines or dots. In the lighting system, light transmitting inside the light guide plate 2 while being reflected by total reflection is irradiated toward outside by the light diffusion parts 4 so as to irradiate the display plate 1, and light reflected from the display panel 1 is transmitted through the light guide plate 2 so as to be radiated toward outside. Further, the light guide plate 2 includes a light shielding layer 5 formed linearly or dotted on an outside of each light diffusion part 4, and light irradiated from each light diffusion part 4 toward outside is blocked by the light shielding layer 5.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having more uniform lighting with low resistance and a device which can be utilized in other uses in a lighting device capable of simply, easily and freely changing coupling positions of light-emitting diodes. SOLUTION: The lighting device is equipped with a plurality of light-emitting diodes 1 having projected leads 2, and a power supply sheet for coupling the leads 2 of the plurality of the light-emitting diodes 1 therewith in a state that they are electrically connected. In the power supply sheet, first and second sheet-like conductive layers containing carbon fibers and having flexibility are tightly adhered to each other while pinching an insulating layer having the flexibility. In the lighting device, short leads of the light-emitting diodes are inserted into the first sheet-like conductive layer to be electrically connected to the first sheet-like conductive layer, long leads are passed through and inserted into the first sheet-like conductive layer and the insulating layer to be connected to the second sheet-like conductive layer, and by insulating at least parts of the long leads connected to the first sheet-like conductive layer and by making electrical connection to the long leads from the second sheet-like conductive layer, the light-emitting diodes are energized to make them emit light. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for raising a plant designed to be controlled so that the plant in various states can be irradiated with light in an ideal state and further effectively grow the plant in a low-temperature environment, and to provide a method for growing the plant using the apparatus for raising the plant. SOLUTION: The apparatus for raising the plant is designed to electrically connect a plurality of light-emitting diodes 1, energize the diodes and irradiate light on the plant. The apparatus for raising the plant is provided with a heat insulating layer 3 at a position near the light-emitting diodes 1 in the direction opposite to the side of light irradiation of the light-emitting diodes 1. The method for growing the plant is carried out as follows. The plurality of light-emitting diodes 1 are arranged on the top surface of cultivation soil 20 and heat insulation of the direction opposite to the side of light irradiation with the light-emitting diodes 1 is carried out with the heat insulating layer 3 which is arranged at the position near the light-emitting diodes 1 to keep the light-emitting diodes 1 warm with the heat insulating layer 3. The cultivation soil 20 is irradiated with light by the light-emitting diodes 1 in a heat insulated state and the cultivation soil 20 is warmed with the light-emitting diodes 1 in the heat insulated state to grow the plant. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bonding dissimilar materials, which can sufficiently utilize the input heat of the laser irradiation and can suppress the generation of intermetallic compounds to a minimum while allowing the difference of physical properties, such as a melting point and a coefficient of thermal conductivity, does not require preheating, excessive pretreatments and posttreatments, and further can achieve a bonded portion which is excellent in both of the shearing strength and peel strength. SOLUTION: A first plate material 3 and a second plate material 4, which are dissimilar materials, are joined together. A laser beam 1 is irradiated to the neighborhood of the joined portion. The first plate material 3 and the second plate material 4 are pressed and bonded by means of a roller 2. The method for bonding dissimilar materials comprises a step for unbalancedly heating the first plate material 3 or the second plate material 4 up to almost their melting points by irradiating the laser beam 1 to any of the position 5 shifted to the first plate material 3 from the jointed surface or the position 6 shifted to the second plate material 4 from the jointed surface, and a step for joining the irradiated surface of one of the plate material unbalancedly heated by the laser beam 1 with the other plate material, and applying a pressing force larger than a close contact pressure to the joined surface by means of the roller 2. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone apparatus for powder collection capable of recovering fine powder manufactured by a spray drier with a satisfactory yield.SOLUTION: A powder recovery apparatus comprises: a cyclone body; a powder introduction pipe disposed for blowing a gas stream containing dispersed powder into the cyclone body; an exhaust pipe disposed for discharging gas in the cyclone body; a powder recovery container disposed on the lower part of the cyclone body having a suction port; and an ejector which exhibits suction power by using compressed gas, wherein a blow-down mechanism is provided by sucking the gas from the suction port of the powder recovery container by means of the ejector and a gas mixture of blow-down gas sucked by the ejector and the compressed gas is blown into the powder introduction pipe or the cyclone body.
