Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made U-shaped channel capable of securing watertight characteristics and treating sump water and further capable of being easily installed. SOLUTION: The resin-made U-shaped channel comprises an inner wall body 12 having a U-shaped cross-section and an outer wall body 14 provided along the outer wall face of the inner wall body 12 and corrugated continuously in the longitudinal direction of the inner wall body 12, and the inner wall of a valley section 14a of the corrugation is integrally welded to the outer wall of the inner wall body 12, whereas the inner wall of a valley section 14a of the outer wall body 14 in a section of the bottom of the U-shaped channel is not welded to the outer wall of the inner wall body 12. Thus, a drain passage 16 extended continuously in the longitudinal direction of the U-shaped channel and communicating with a space of a ridge section 14b of the outer wall body 14 is formed between the outer wall face of the inner wall body 12 and the inner wall face of the outer wall body 14. A water hole 18 is formed in the ridge section 14b of the outer wall body 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a U-shaped ditch made of a synthetic resin which is never floated up by the buoyancy of groundwater even when a groundwater level in a laying location of the U-shaped ditch made of a synthetic resin is high or when the groundwater level in the laying location rises after the U-shaped ditch is laid.SOLUTION: In a U-shaped ditch 10 made of a synthetic resin having an external surface formed in corrugated shapes, a valve structure 20, which does not allow water to flow out from the inside of the U-shaped ditch 10 to the outside thereof, while allows water to flow from the outside of the U-shaped ditch 10 to the inside thereof, is disposed in a flat part 18 formed in a bottom part 12 of the U-shaped ditch 10 on the outside of a connection part between U-shaped ditches 10.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin tube element which can be connected with good working efficiency. SOLUTION: In the resin tube element 10, a hollow resinous cylinder 12 having a rectangular cross section is spirally wound, and adjacent spiral side wall portions 12a are bonded with each other. In that case, at one end portion of the resin tube element 10, a male screw portion 14 for connecting formed with the side wall portion 12a of the hollow resinous cylinder 12 having an outer wall portion 12b of one end portion which is removed by predetermined width and exposed on a tread is provided. At the other end portion, a female screw portion 16 for connecting formed with the side wall portion 12a of the hollow resinous cylinder 12 having an inner wall portion 12c of the other end portion which is removed by predetermined width and exposed on a tread is provided. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint device for a resin tube capable of mounting an energization element, where an energization heating wire, such such as a nichrome wire, is disposed, in a state to be adhered to a contact part with which the end faces of two resin tubes make contact, even if the outside diameter of the resin tube is somewhat changed. SOLUTION: In the pipe joint device to connect a contact part with which one end face of a resin tube 72 makes contact, a resin piece formed of a resin molten by the heat of the energization heating wire at an overlapped part is provided with: the pipe joint 10 situated at the overlapped part and/or in the vicinity thereof; a plurality of blade plates 54 inserted into the inside of a contact part on the outer peripheral surface of which the pipe joint 10 is mounted and formed such that an outer surface is formed into a curved surface in a manner to make contact with the inner peripheral surface of the contact part; and an interpolation core 50 situated operably from the outside of the resin tube 72 and having a contacting and separating means to simultaneously contact and separate each of the plurality of the blade plates 54 with and from the inner peripheral surface of the contact part.
