PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material composition that reduces an area percentage of bulging to 0.5% or less, has excellent adhesion to a finish coating material and prevents the permeation of moisture from a base concrete, to provide a floor construction method and to provide a floor structure formed by the method.SOLUTION: The coating material composition is an aqueous epoxy resin mortar composition including a hydraulic cement, an aggregate and an aqueous epoxy resin in which the weight ratio of the hydraulic cement and water is not less than 0.33 to not more than 0.37; the weight of resin solids is not less than 8% to not more than 9%; the total pore volume of the cured product is not more than 0.10 cc/g to not more than 0.15 cc/g; and the T.I value is not less than 1.1 to not more than 1.3. The aqueous epoxy resin comprises a non-emulsifying epoxy resin and a self-emulsifiable curing agent. The coating material composition has a viscosity of not less than 2 Pa s/23°C to not more than 3 Pa s/23°C, uses white cement as a hydraulic cement, and is coated in a thickness of 0.8-1.2 mm on a base concrete and cured. The floor construction method uses the coating material composition. The floor structure is formed by the method.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall tile exfoliation prevention structure and an exterior wall tile exfoliation prevention method, capable of preventing exfoliation of a tile affixed to a concrete outer coating of an architectural structure without impairing design of the tile, and to provide an alicyclic polyamine used therefor.SOLUTION: An exterior wall tile exfoliation prevention structure is characterized in that an anchor pin is driven into an exterior wall tile surface or a joint, the anchor pin is fixed to a concrete skeleton, and a transparent primer layer is formed by applying an acrylic silicone resin primer to a head of the anchor pin, the exterior wall surface and the joint. A transparent reinforcement layer is formed by applying a polyurea resin coating containing non-yellowing isocyanate prepolymer, alicyclic polyamine, reinforcement short fiber, a light stabilizer and an ultraviolet absorber onto the transparent primer layer. A transparent protection layer is formed by applying an acrylic silicone resin coating containing a light stabilizer and an ultraviolet absorber onto the transparent reinforcement layer.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition-type silicone resin composition which has excellent adhesion to a poorly-adhesive substrate such as a polyphthalamide resin, is excellent in sulfur gas barrier properties, has excellent durability under high temperature and high humidity and is useful as an adhesive, a sealing agent, a sealant having a high refractive index and the like.SOLUTION: There is provided an addition-type silicone resin composition having a phenyl group which contains a reactant (d) obtained by reacting a (meth)acryloyl group-containing silane coupling agent (d1), an alicyclic epoxy group-containing silane coupling agent (d2) and a vinyl group-containing silane coupling agent (d3).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-melt sealing composition that can be used as a seal material of a frameless solar cell module, having proper flowability at a melt temperature of the seal material, excellent in insulation property, waterproofness, water vapor barrier property and durability.SOLUTION: A hot-melt sealing composition includes: polyisobutylene having a weight average molecular weight of 150,000 to 250,000; polyisobutylene having a weight average molecular weight of 350,000 to 450,000; polyisobutylene having a weight average molecular weight of 80,000 to 100,000; a moisture absorbent containing at least caustic lime or zeolite; a silane-modified polyolefin; and a filler. A number average molecular weight calculated from the weight average molecular weights of respective polyisobutylenes is 190,000 to 300,000.
