PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an anthocyanidin peptide derivative which is weak in side effects and has an antiinflammatory effect. SOLUTION: The anthocyanidin peptide derivative having an antiinflammatory effect refers to a compound in which two molecules of anthocyanidin are combined with phenylalanyl-alanyl-phenylalanyl-valine. Phenylalanine is in the N-terminal position, and valine is in the C-terminal position. The method for producing the anthocyanidin peptide derivative includes the steps of: adding dextrose and lactic acid bacterium to a ground product of black soybean, fermenting the mixture, protecting fermented mash with α-cyclodextrin, digesting the protected mash with protease followed by filtration, treating the resulting filtration residue with cellulase, and extracting the treated residue with ethanol. The anthocyanidin peptide derivative having an antiinflammatory effect is utilized for medicine, cosmetics, daily necessities, and the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing tetrapeptide having nail keratin increasing action with weak side effects. SOLUTION: A tetrapeptide having nail keratin increasing action is a peptide having a Cys-His-Arg-Cys structure of L-amino acids and linked by a peptide bond. Further, the method for producing the tetrapeptide includes the step for fermenting a composition, which is prepared by adding 0.5-2 pts.wt. of royal jelly and 0.002-0.02 pts.wt. of Monascaceae to 1 pts.wt. of an egg membrane obtained from a Gadus macrocephalus Tilesius, a Gadidae or a Clupeidae, and adding protease to the resulting fermented composition in an amount of 0.03-0.5 times before heating the fermented composition. Furthermore, this tetrapeptide is used as the effective component of a food preparation, cosmetics, or a medical preparation, and also used in an adhesive of an artificial nail or a manicure liquid. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a lignin derivative that exhibits an excellent antiviral action with little side effects. SOLUTION: The lignin derivative exhibiting an excellent antiviral action with little side effects is one that exhibits an antiviral action and has an intramolecular cyclic structure. The derivative is composed of persimmon leaf-originated lignin and, bonded thereto, hydroxyapatite and chlorine. The production method thereof comprises the steps of adding hydroxyapatite and Monascus pilosus to a powder of a persimmon leaf followed by fermentation, adding diluted hydrochloric acid to the thus-obtained fermentation liquid followed by filtration, and subsequently subjecting the thus-obtained filtrate to alkali reduction. The main steps are the fermentation step by Monascus pilosus, the hydrochloric acid addition step and the reduction step. By these steps, calcium, phosphoric acid and chlorine stably bond to lignin.
