    摘要: PURPOSE:To protect a reinforcing bar from corrosion by coating the whole surface with resin paint film to dry after a bar steel is formed into a hoop, stirrup, etc. by forming work to weld both ends. CONSTITUTION:A bar steel 10 for reinforced concrete is bent into a rectangle and formed into a shear reinforcing bar such as a hoop, stirrup, etc., and both ends 11 of the bar steel 10 to be butted are joined with flash welding. After the join, the sand-blast is applied for pickling or treating previously with phos phate. After the previous treatment, spray, powder immersion coating, electrostat ic coating are applied, and the whole surface including a joining section 12 is coated with a paint film 20 of resin coating and is dried. According to the constitution, the efficiency of arrangement work can be promoted.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To enable to carry out the movement in the width direction and slight revolution of the furnace body, by placing the support frame equipped with wheels on the rail laid in the width direction of the furnace and putting the holder of the furnace body on the above support frame. CONSTITUTION:The rail 5a is laid in the width direction of furnace of tunnel type long length continuous heating furnace 1. The support frame 8 having the wheel 9, is placed on the rail 5a and is rolled on the rail 5a. The flat board metal 10 stuck on the upper side edge face of the frame 8, is faced against the flat board metal 10' stuck on the lower face of both side edges of the holder 7 supporting the continuous heating furnace 1. Further, the stopping shaft 11 is provided projecting on the center of the frame 8 and is inserted floatably so as to exist the gap 13 in the maintaining ring 12 firmly stuck on the holder 7. By the above construction, the body 1 is slightly revolved by sliding the metals 10, 10'. Hereby, the line is efficiently operated by easily corresponding to the adaptation for continuous casting slab or switching of sliding.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for stopping of the entire part of the line in the event of the trouble of a part of the equipment by making the continuous heating furnaces between the continuous casting machines of plural strands and the continuous rolling mills of single or plural strands slewable on the installation plane. CONSTITUTION:The continuous heating furnaces 12a, 12b disposed between the continuous casting machines and continuous rolling mills are supported rotatably by the guide wheels 20 on the rails 17 of a gate type supporting beam 16 crossing the upper part thereof closer to their inlet. On the other hand, the side closer to the outlet of the heating furnaces is supported by the balls freely rolling on the installation plane. Thus, if the heating furnaces 12a 12b, are positioned like the two- dot chain lines of the figure, continuous cast slabs 6a, 6c are heated by passing through the inside of the respective heating furnaces 12a, 12b and are sent to the rolls 13a, 13d of the continuous rolling mills. If these heating furnaces are positioned like the alternate long and two short dashes lines of the figure, the continuously cast slabs 6a, 6c may be sent to rolls 13b, 13c and further the precast slab 6b to the heating furnaces 12a, 12b then to rolls 13a or 13b, 13c or 13d.
