PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic bottle which can raise a reduced pressure absorbing effect.SOLUTION: The plastic bottle 1 has a bottle wall which has circumference sections 50, 60 with a circular cross section. The circumference sections 50, 60 have recessed ribs 7, 8 formed over a peripheral direction and the bottle wall has reduced pressure absorbing panels 10, 11 and 12 of a polygonal shape with odd number angles. In the reduced pressure absorbing panels 10, 11 and 12, one side 101 is located along the peripheral direction in the vicinity of the circumference sections 50, 60 and at least the one side 101 is dropped in a recessed shape. Further in the reduced pressure absorbing panels 10, 11 and 12, panel depth is gradually changed from the one side 101 toward a vertex 102 so that panel depth is deepest at the one side 101 and panel depth at the vertex 102 which is farthest from the one side 101 is lost.

A user with a funded account shops at numerous merchant web sites through the surrogate system. When merchandise is selected for purchase, a purchase transaction is executed in which a credit card belonging to the surrogate system is temporarily or permanently assigned to the user. The credit card, once loaded with funds from the user's corresponding funded account, is used to complete the purchase transaction. The surrogate system provides controls that include monitoring the data streams and controlling the information flow between the user and the merchant sites.

Second, the pressure on the liquid is increased in a first pressurization stage. Next, the liquid is increased in pressure in a second pressurization stage. Fourth, the liquid is held at an elevated pressure for a predetermined period of time to kill off microorganisms within the liquid.
