PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moss-utilizing spraying greening construction method enabling vegetation without stripping off mortar, facilitating maintenance such as mowing, and causing no decline of plants. SOLUTION: The everlasting moss-utilizing spraying greening construction method comprises the following process: laying a moss three-dimensional mat forming a groundwork on the surface of mortar, concrete or rock; spraying base material (BM bacteria-containing black dirt or the like) comprising a base layer (having no moss seeds) 7 mm thick and a surface layer (having moss seeds) 3 mm thick. Such a process enables elimination of the process of stripping off the existing mortar, and results in no need of maintenance such as mowing following growth of grass. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a convenient material which is mixed in garbage, animal feces, or the like, to decompose them into gas, water and a few amount of remains, and decomposes contamination due to feces, feeds, or the like, if sprayed in a fish farming pond. SOLUTION: A compost-like substance is used in which a material having wood as main component is aerobically fermented. Particularly, suitably fermented material has strong performance, thus such the material achieves the purpose. The usage is extremely simple, and it is needed only to mix a material generating odor. In the fish farming pond, the material may only be spread in the vicinity of an agitator or an aerator. It is excellent in a point not to use a specific procedure for exerting effect. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement body measuring instrument, used on a site of construction and simply investigating the forming state of a ground improvement body at a low cost. SOLUTION: A Swedish type sounding tester 1 equipped with a plurality of axially connected rods 11, the screw points 12 attached to the leading end sides of the rods 11 and the placing clamps 13 or cones 14 attached to the rods 11 in the vicinity of the rear end sides thereof is utilized. The ground improvement body measuring instrument 2 is equipped with: the male screw parts 21 attached to the leading end sides of the rods 11 so as to be capable of being replaced with the screw points 12; and a body 20 equipped with a plurality of electrodes 22 at a definite interval. The forming state of the column 5 formed in the ground is measured by the specific resistance between the electrodes 22. An obliquely notched recessed part 23 is formed to the upper part of the body 20 of the measuring instrument 2 and an electrode wire 24 is led out of the recessed part 23. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve fixing implement which enables a sleeve for securing a space for piping and wiring to be firmly fixed to reinforcements in a form with the arranged reinforcements in such a manner as not to come off, and which can suppress the corrosion of the reinforcements. SOLUTION: In this sleeve fixing implement 10, a reinforcement mounting portion 11 and a sleeve mounting portion 21 are arranged in such a manner that axis lines are orthogonal to each other, and connected together by means of a connecting portion 18. The reinforcement mounting portion 11 is fitted into the reinforcement by stretching first and second mounting pieces 12 and 16; and a third locking protrusion 17, which is provided on the leading end side inner peripheral surface of the second mounting piece 16, is locked to a first locking protrusion 13 which is provided on the leading end side of the first mounting piece 12. In the sleeve mounting portion 21, the sleeve 28 is inserted and fitted by stretching the leading end sides of upper and lower mounting pieces 22 and 23; and the lower mounting piece 23 covers a leading end of the upper mounting piece 22, so that a third protrusion 26 can be locked and fastened to a first protrusion 24 at the leading end of the upper mounting piece 22. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous panel member for a waterproof structure and the waterproof structure using this panel member, having heat insulating performance and stable waterproofness, easy in construction, and restraining cost. SOLUTION: A heat insulating layer 2 is formed by laying the porous panel members 20 and 21 having heat insulating performance and ventilatility on a processing object surface of a concrete skeleton 1. The porous panel members have porous parts 20a and 21a, and synthetic resin films 20b and 21b, and have step parts 20c and 21c thinly formed in the thickness in an end part. In laying, an anchor bolt 4 is driven in and fixed to a superposing part by superposing the step parts 20c and 21c. The layer thickness of the heat insulating layer 2 becomes substantially constant, and its upper surface becomes a flat surface of the synthetic resin films. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root-blocking structure using a root-blocking panel having excellent water-holding properties, water permeability and root-blocking properties, and facilitating construction; and to provide a greening structure and a root-blocking container. SOLUTION: A water-resistant layer 14 is formed on a concrete layer 13 of a rooftop of a building, and a root-blocking layer 15 is formed thereon. The root-blocking layer 15 is formed by arranging the many root-blocking panels 10 obtained by pressurizing and molding a material obtained by adding a thermosetting resin as a binder to many shrunk fragments of magnetic tapes obtained by cutting or pulverizing the magnetic tapes, and heat-treating the resultant tapes so as to form curled shapes, to form a plane. A draining layer 16 and a water-holding layer 17 are formed on the root-blocking layer 15, and an added fertile soil layer 18 in which a plant 21 is planted is heaped on the water-holding layer 17. SOLUTION: The soil sampler 100 to be attached to a stirring blade 530 of a ground excavation device 500 includes a cylindrical body 11 having an inlet opening 811 for collecting earth and sand and an outlet opening 911; a lid 13 openably and closably covering the outlet opening 911 of the cylindrical body 11; an arm member 15 provided over a hinge 14 provided on the side surface of the cylindrical body 11 and the lid part 13; and a regulation part 160 for regulating the opening and closing angle of the lid 13 rotated integrally with the arm member 15. The regulation part 160 is inclined from the hinge side toward the outlet opening side, whereby the earth pressure applied to the arm member 150 is reduced in normal rotation, and the opening of the lid 130 is prevented in reverse rotation by holding earth and sand between the inclined part and the arm member 150. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve all of the bottleneck problems in an external heat insulation method; that many factors like unformulated and complicated design and construction work, the high construction cost and uneasiness on reliability are pointed out to hinder the popularization in spite of the understanding that there is a great advantage in the external heat insulation method; and that the point of the external heat insulation method exists in the heat insulation structure preventing the outside heat from being transmitted to a skeleton, while in the conventional method, the most important point is to prevent a heat insulating material from getting wet as the heat insulating material which is used loses its function when it gets wet, but the problem becomes complicated further when complete waterproofness is sought. SOLUTION: The heat insulating property, which is the point of the external heat insulation method, is obtained by forming a hermetically-sealed air layer to replace the heat insulating material which is conventionally used in general. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost slope planting method which dispenses with a substrate (wire gauze/net, etc.), and which is friendly to an environment for early restoration to an ecosystem of nature. SOLUTION: This slope planting method is characterized as follows: a soil stabilizer (BM alpha), wherein a needle crystal of a hydrate is formed by addition and wherein a base material is aggregated so that the substrate (wire gauze/net, etc.) can be made unnecessary, and the base material (bio-myriad organic matter), whereinto a bacterial group with characteristics (predation of 80% protein/20% sulfur) of a predation pattern of a microorganism is mixed, are sprayed into the base material to undergo spraying, so that a natural cycle (food chain) can be formed in the base material for prevention of a reduction in fertilizer content; natural ground is turned into soil by functions of the microorganisms in the soil while roots of plants serve as an earth anchor; and a base is made thicker so that water holding/fertilizer holding ability can be enhanced.
