Abstract: PURPOSE: To hold a minimally required pig tail permissible for proper rounding contention and facilitate utility of a possibly shorter length by providing grounding block means, connection means, contacting means, and signal connection means. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with grounding block means 101 having at least one grounding contact cavity part 109 in a periphery and receiving a grounding shield connection portion and connector means 105 connected to the block means 101 for electrical connection to the block means 101 and having at least one signal contact cavity part. The device is also provided with grounding contact means being in a rounding contact cavity 109 and adopted for conductivity receiving a grounding potential and signal contact means receiving a potential that is not conductivity grounded. The grounding block means 101 does not have the signal contact means, and the connector means 105 does not have the grounding contact means. Thereby, the minimally required pig tail permissible for proper grounding connection can be held, and utility of a possible short length is facilitated.
