    CONSTITUTION: Cooling rolls used for cooling continuous annealing furnace of thine steel sheet are formed movably in up-and-down direction, respectively. Said roll is released from the contact with steel sheet in order from the last step cooling roll, accompanied by decrease of cooling quantity of steel sheet. Together with this, winding angles to cooling roll excluding released roll and that just before the roll are maintained to ≥30°. Thus, cooling rate at the cooling roll is always maintained to high degree. Thereby, sufficiently large winding angle of steel sheet to roll is possible even if treating quantity is decreased, and flaw generation on strip surface is prevented. Since steel sheet is always cooled by min. roll number, high cooling rate is possible.

The horizontal rack 8 to 10 are is provided with radars 11, 13 and a navigation light 12 thereon. With the above constitution, the masts can be laid down in passing through the lower side of a bridge during navigation in a riven and the like. And, at the same time, the horizontal racks can maintain their horizontal conditions so as to maintain the function of the navigation light 12.
