SOLUTION: The vehicular seat 1 comprises a seat portion 2 and a backrest 3 which is stood at the rear end of the seat portion 2. The backrest 3 has a metal frame 31, a pad 32 attached from both sides of the back face of the frame 31 to its side and front faces, and a seat back cover 40 covering the back face of the assembly of the pad 32 and the frame 31. A groove 42 is formed at a lower edge of the seat back cover 40, and the linear light guide body 70 is fit in the groove 42.
