    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container having a hinged cap which visually facilitates a taking out operation for a content. SOLUTION: A spout 13 is formed on the top wall 11 of the hinged cap 10 which is fitted on the mouth section 4 of a container body 1. At the same time, a fitting cylinder 24 which is formed on the lid body 20 of the hinged cap 10 is freely openably/closably engaged with the spout 13 for this container having the hinged cap. In the container having the hinged cap, the lid body 20 is freely openably/closably connected with the main body of the hinged cap 10 by a hinge 23 and a traction band 26. At the same time, on the shoulder section 3 of the container body 1, an engaging protuberance 28 is installed, and an engaging section 27 which is freely disengageably engaged with the engaging protuberance 28 is formed on the top surface section of the lid body 20 for the container having the hinged cap. In designing a die, the hinge 23 and the traction band 26 can continuously be installed on the connected section between the hinged cap 10 and the lid body 20, and therefore, the lid body 20 can be fixed while being widely opened. SOLUTION: The container with the hinged cap comprises a head 2 formed of a shoulder 3 and a mouth 4 positioned at the upper part of a container body 1, a valve element holding part 5 hanging down from the tip of the mouth 4 of the head 2 and a lid 8 connected to a part of the outer periphery of the head 2 through a hinge 7 so as to be freely openable and closable.
